Can I please get in my room every day?

Posted May 2, 2015
What can you say about a hotel that makes you have your key reprogrammed every day that you stay there for "security reasons"? Funny that no other hotel I have ever stayed in including other Red Roof Inns have done that and I travel every single week. When you go to your room with your hands full of paperwork just to find out you have to go to the front desk every time you want in your room it's extremely annoying. I won't be back.

Great value for a comfortable stay

Posted Apr 24, 2015
After looking for a place to stay on a road trip, I settled on this Red Roof. Right from the start, the clerk was very helpful and friendly. The check-in process was very speedy and I was on my way. The room was great and I enjoyed a comfortable stay. Pros: Large room Amenities (fridge, microwave, flat screen TV) Value/price Good A/C Clean Pleasant staff Con: WiFi signal was very weak I would recommend this place and stay here again given the opportunity!

Hotel close to freeway but rooms need uplift

Posted Apr 20, 2015
We were excited when booking because it was very close to the freeway and had couple of restaurants around like Chico. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The only problem I had was that the rooms looked old and smelled heavily of smoke. We stressed to the staff that we wanted a smoke-free room and they said all their rooms were like that but we were really disappointed and they couldn't do anything about it. Otherwise, it wasn't an all bad experience

Disappointing

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: All the above
Drain in bathtub was clogged, reported it, staff acted like...soooo. Pillows were so flat had to go buy new ones. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Was not a good experience.

Probably will never stay there again!

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Bottom of our hotel door was hanging off, bathroom door wouldn't latch shut or open all the way without dragging the floor, bathroom itself had crumbs on the floor & even the clean towel placed on the edge of the bathtub had crumbs all over it, hair dryer was about to fall off the wall, and part of the room had a disgusting odor....

Good for a night, too depressing for extended stay

Posted Feb 17, 2015
This hotel would be fine if you just needed a place to sleep for the night, but the rooms are too gloomy and old to relax and spend time in for an extended stay.
