The lobby area was clean and welcoming. Someone came to the desk within seconds of us walking in which was nice not to have to wait since we have 3 antsy kids in tow. Our room was very close to all the amenities which I appreciate with having kids. The room: It was surprisingly spacious which was absolutely needed and appreciated. The room was very clean. A random pro I liked was the window slid open with a screen so we could have fresh air. Amenities: The pool was small. The size of the pool doesn’t matter if you’re in there with just you/your family, but once other guests join, it gets far too crowded. The temperature of the pool was also on the cold side for being a heated pool. The breakfast was amazing for it being included. They had cold options every morning which included multiple cereal choices, muffins, bagels and pastries. They also had a make your own waffle station. They had hot options that changed. Which, for us, was scrambled eggs and hashbrowns one day and then cheese egg omelets and biscuits and gravy. I cannot rave enough about the woman who ran the breakfast. She made sure things that were running low were refilled. One morning when we walked in with our kids, she changed the tv from the news to Bluey. It was a sweet gesture. The customer service was great. Our kids soaked all our bath towels so we had to call down for more and within in 30 seconds of calling (no joke) they had more at our door. I just cannot thank everyone enough.
