Check in agent was really confused about our reservation. Didn’t make me show my ID. Asked if the cc on file was the card we wanted to use for payment when we had already paid online. Also the last 4 numbers on the cc to verify payment were not a credit card we owned? Confirmed we had been charged by checking bank statement. Agent told us to just check out with front desk in morning and gave us a key card to our room. Room itself was fine, nothing special. Bathroom had been “redone” recently but floor was wonky and uneven. Also tub was weirdly shaped kinda like curved about was awkward and weird to stand in.

The room was well prepared, clean, and stocked,.Straff was friendly. However, I left a wake up call for 530am that never came. I woke up on my own at 630 which meant I did not have time for a shower.

For the price i expected better
It was ok. Hotel seemed dated. Could use a good deep cleaning and some updating. For the price we have stayed at much better places.

Bed sheets were dirty, had to call 3 times for extra towels. The free coffee and tea bar was nice! Too expensive of a room to not have breakfast included.

I love the location. It’s very quiet, the hot tub and pool or down so I couldn’t use them but other than that everything was great.

Staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and available. Bathroom shower was old in need of repair. All else was in good condition and comfortable. Location exellent for shopping and dining. Shuttle service advertised not available

Extremely overpriced considering the pool was down. Honestly, the only reason we chose that hotel is based on the pictures and cleanliness of the facilities. I had just ran an ultra marathon and was looking forward to doing some hottubbing and pool walking. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. They were also overbooked and the front desk gentleman lacked customer service skills. The woman was frozen while he was just plain rude. A manager came out and made sure we had a room but that’s honestly the least that could have been done. When you book something you expect everything to be settled. After a long run followed by a 2 hour drive, we were severely disappointed.

My husband and I were in town for one night and we were looking for a clean, economical, conveniently located hotel. We were very happy with this choice. The staff was all very helpful and kind. The hotel was located conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The temperature in the room was a little hard to manage and the air was very dry with the heater in the room running. The morning breakfast options were an affordable surprise. There was a team or student athletes staying at the hotel who were very excited and little loud in the hallways. But once inside our room, we didn't hear them hardly at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

IF YOUR OCD AND LIKE TO STAY SOMEWHERE CLEAN ****DONT****....This is not the place for us. If it wasnt for a family wedding i would have never been here. Towels and beeding looks old and stained brown colored, mold and brown stains in shower/tub, bathrooms not fully clean. We had to have someone to come in to fix the sink, it was stopped up. Fitness center air was out, none of the equipment was cleaned when house keeping was on the floor, so i had to disinfect what i use there and used my equipment i had with me. Elevator was just nasty, cant say or find any other words for this mess. JUST DONT....

Our room was good but layout was not the best--specifically how bathroom door and entry door hit eachother--I have a broken foot and needed a walker so layout made it hard to navigate, beds comfortable, breakfast was great. Everyone was friendly and service was good.

When I secured the room I was charged that day for the room on my debit card. When I arrived they wanted to charge me again I had to show them my itinerary number the bank statement on my phone that showed that I was already pre-paid.. and since returning home two days ago I see there are two more charges on my debit card for unknown fees of 15 and $13 which is still pending and can either go up or down… Not sure why there would be anything pending

The charge for breakfast is off putting there's no way i should pay for a breakfast that should have been included in the cost of the room. The food was disgusting cold and greasy, overpriced and just scandalous. Never will stay again. Also those are two full size beds not queensize.

The price was excessive for the size if the room. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere. The comforter had stains and the pool was run down. For close to $300 it should have had breakfast included. I’ve had better accommodations for 1/3 of the price. Paying for the name. Felt like a La Quinta. Not a Hilton.
