Overpriced.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Maintenance to the shower head, refrigerator, sound proofing, and the man working the front desk needs to follow up on issues.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby.
We were assigned a handicap room for some reason. The shower head leaked so you had to hold it in one hand the entire time the water was running or there would be water spilling all over the bathroom floor. The refrigerator made an awful sound so we had to unplug it in order to sleep. Luckily, we didn't have anything in it. You can hear everything going on in the hallway and upstairs. Very noisy room. The breakfast was ok. Hot food was not at all fresh. When we checked out, I told the man working the desk of the issues we had. He said "that's too bad." He did not report any of our issues in his computer or in writing. He continued to stand there and said he hoped we enjoyed our time in Wichita. This hotel is totally over priced. If you've already booked it, tell them you don't want to stay in 217!!

Very large nice rooms

Pros: Size, configuration, seating, lighting and all aspect of the rooms.
Cons: Housekeeping was very poor.
Rooms are very large and great for a big group that wants to spend time together in a room. Everything was great except housekeeping. Although the room was clean when we arrived...during our stay they never made a bed, didn't replace linens or other supplies and I not sure they even came in the room.

Was very nice hotel. We had some trouble with our air conditioner and called front desk and they sent someone up right away. I would stay there again.

Good Stay

Pros: Besides the rooms being cleaned and the continental breakfast being good, I liked the exercise room as I was able to use the treadmill for todays rac
Cons: What needs improving are the computers in the business room. One night I was not able to get on as were other guests of the hotel.
Location: Went to the Texas Steak house and had a good dinner. The Western store across the street was unique and interesting to see.
Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Quick College visit for my son and this hotel was first rate. We were traveling an hour northwest to visit McPherson College and it was nice to come back to the hotel after a long day and have a nice place to sleep and relax.

close to airport

I loved everything about my stay except the shower head. It would not stay up, I don't know how I got a handicap bathroom, I could deal with that, just not the shower head

Enjoyed the hotel. Close to airport but had to drive anywhere else such as shopping, restaurants etc. Staff was friendly, polite and helpful.
