Good hotel, well maintained.Posted Aug 31, 2013
Pros: Large room.
Cons: Some facilities were a bit old, but everything worked.
Location: Located off West Kellogg St., which requires leaving the highway and doubling back and recrossing the highway. Sign is visible from highway.
Room was large and clean; service was good. Good restaurant and bar on premises.

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTELPosted Aug 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hair in the beds, room never cleaned - staff doesn't care... This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at and the staff made no effort to make things better

Pros: Location and amenities such as free wifi and refrigerators/microwaves and large screen tv
Cons: Shower - drain was clogged initially and some water still came out of tub spout
Location: Always use this hotel for nearby stamp show
Good repeat experience with convenient in house restaurant and free breakfast

very comfortable but no wifi hookupPosted Jul 30, 2013
Pros: clean, comfortable, enough blankets and pillows, good TV, showtime and HBO free, windows open for fresh air and heater/AC worked very well
Cons: Wi-Fi hook up and hotter hot tub
Location: Airport was very close and easy to get to/from
They advertise for free wi-fi and they don't have it hook up. When we asked about it, they said most people have their own connection so they don't have it on line anymore.... what's up with that? very disappointing

DisappointedPosted Jul 28, 2013
Pros: Fairly convenient to our event--had never been to Wichita before.
Cons: The tv ad talks about the pillowtop bed--there wasn't one here. Have better smelling sheets & blanket on bed--they had an odor.
Previously stayed at 2 other Laquinta Inns--both comfortable & clean-so didn't hesitate when we found out there was a Laquinta Inn in town. There was no pillow top bed as mentioned in tv ads and the sheets & blanket on bed were well worn & had an off odor. We were there for 2 nights & did not get into the room the first night till around 10 pm and found the sink water pressure was just a trickle. We managed to get by with this and let the person at front desk know about it on our way out the next morning. It had been repaired when we came back to the room for the 2nd evening.
