The hotel was quiet and we did not hear any of the other guests. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the air conditioning unit was extremely loud but tollerable

Loved ALL front desk and housekeeping staff! We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights while visiting family, and were welcomed by staff every time we talked in the doors. Breakfast was very good with many options and different choices each day. Our room was spotless and cleaned up each day upon our return. I especially liked the cookies, muffins and flavored water that was available in the lobby during the day. This hotel is on the northeast side of Wichita which was very convenient for the many activities we participated in. We will definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at this Towneplace a couple of times now, each time I visit Wichita.. VERY pleased each time! Very clean, GREAT breakfast & the staff is always so kind, so friendly and so welcoming. This is my go to hotel when in Wichita!

The staff was sooo incredibly welcoming at check in…. The room was spotless and the service was on point. Breakfast was awesome!! My son plays baseball at WSU this year so we will be visiting often and this will be our hotel every trip! Thank you!

It was refreshing to have caring staff. Visiting from the home of Mayo Clinic, we are used to great hospitality but see little of it on our travels. This place hit the spot. Thank you!

The room was exactly as expected. It was very neat and clean. Even though it is a pet friendly hotel, I didn't hear any dogs barking, and it didn't have an animal smell. The only issue was that there was a blizzard, so getting from the car to the building was a bit slippery, but that was Mother Nature, not the control of the hotel. We will stay here again!

The bed was very uncomfortable it was extremely firm and sheets were itchy and there wasn’t enough pillows only 3 I am disabled and my leg needs elevation I couldn’t take it anymore Sue’s left at 3:30 am for home maybe it is fine for normal people but it was very painful

Everything is clean, ready and in good working order. It’s great to have have dishes, pots, pans mixing bowls and a dishwasher. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are good quality.

Reserved a double bed room through Expedia, got a single bed. My son slept on the couch "bed". I reserved it 3 weeks prior. Hotel said they had no more rooms available, and it was Expedia to blame? Maybe. I guess if I called the hotel directly and made the reservation for the double bed room, and did not get it, it would be my fault. I think what happened is someone complained more than me and got the double bed, and I got screwed.

This is definitely a long term stay hotel but they were so welcoming to us. We only stayed 1 night but would have gladly stayed another. The breakfast was good and well stocked even though it was 30 minutes to close. The area around the property is very quiet so you don’t really worry about outside disturbances. Would love to stay here again!
