This hotel was NASTY!!!! Our room smelled like cat pee. We really wanted to change hotels but we had already paid but we will never ever stay at this hotel again. We didn’t even sleep under the sheets cause it was so bad. I can’t express how bad and nasty it was!!!

Don’t do it. The floors had not been swept. The sofa was supposed to have a pull out couch and it did not. When we first walked in the window was sitting on the floor and my husband put it back in. The microwave hadn’t been wiped off in quite some time, the shower was disgusting, and the comforter had hairs all over it.

What a horrible experience. We have driven 12 hours already and we were tired, we were ready to get into our room to get some rest but room number 1 wasn't ready at 8 o'clock at night and the lights didn't work so they gave us another room and again that room wasn't ready. Finally we get settled into a room it does need updates but the bed was comfortable. Room 2 was infested with roaches so my son asked for a different room and the refrigerator was pulled away from the wall no cover on the ac unit beds weren't ready. Called Hotel.com to complain but got no where,was trying to get a refund but that didn't work and then they said they can relocate us but we are in a city we don't know. Horrible experience. Your website for this hotel says it comes including continental breakfast there isnt even a coffee maker in our room. Thr front desk person said they don't have an ice machine either she said it's a very basic hotel.

was called the day of check in and informed that my two queen beds had turned into one king bed. so i am sleeping in the same bed with my 73 year old friend. that was the only room available. then when i checked in the price went from $326, that expedia said was the total,to $412.71. I told the clerk, no expedia said $326 was the total. Her reply was when you deal with a third party extra fees apply. And when we came to the room that night the place was crawling with misfits, pit bulls and the smell of pot. Not a good experience at all. But the worse part was the misrepresentation of your price and the price I ended up paying.Don't think I will be dealing with expedia in the future. Brad Holdaway 620 615-1640.

The cigarette smell was overwhelming and the elevator was very dirty. The room was clean but it was old and the furniture was chipped and seemed unreliably stable. Especially the bed, which was pretty much a twin on a cot. I left after a few hours because it did not smell clean and I was not comfortable there.

Never again... Disappointment...
The room furniture was outdated. The bed was a spring frame with a single futon-like pad. I swear the bed was only 4 feet wide. Nothing like the pictures posted. Barley slept and we left early morning as the experience was a disappointment. (6:30 am)

Overall the hotel was decent but I confirmed two beds and when we checked in and got to our room there was only 1 bed! Very disappointed and the hotel was already full so we had to purchase an air mattress

Waited 40 minutes to check in because no one was on site. There was a lot of hair in the drain. Large yellow stain on the pillow case and the pillow itself. I don’t think the room was cleaned at all prior to our check in. Very dissatisfied

There was nothing posted in the lobby or online about checking in at 11pm way night. We had to call several times and waited over 45 minutes for somebody to check us in. Had we known this was going to be the process, we could've called ahead so it wasn't such a long wait.
