Good stayPosted Aug 15, 2014
Cons: Something to clean the smoke out of the air.
Check in quick and easy, beds comfortable, breakfast and breakfast staff great. Our only issue was the smell of smoke in the hall and it drifted in our non smoking room, unpleasant. Hotel was in a good location for our activities.

Blast from the PastPosted Aug 7, 2014
Location: Loved the location, near a major highway and the attractions. There is much to do around Wichita. I would consider this place in the future.
Everything was fairly clean and tidy in the room, however it probably has not been updated since the early 80's, at least. No pictures on any of the walls. TV was too small for the room. Bedspread and blanket were old and worn. Ice maker in the fridge did not work. My husband said his side if the bed was very comfortable...my side was broke down. It was like I stepped back in time to my first apartment. None of the hallways were air conditioned on days that were in the 90's and I am sure the hotel maids found it even more uncomfortable than we did. We liked the room because it was spacious and clean; we really thought the towels were of very good quality.

Moderately Priced Hotel with High-End AppealPosted Aug 6, 2014
From sigh-in to check-out the staff was courteous, professional and friendly. The room was spacious, well appointed (apartment size refrigerator) and all furniture appliances were like new. Finding this motel was easy and access both from and to the Interstate were simple. The breakfast was plentiful, well prepared, hot and tasty. It easily beat any Holiday Inn Express in which we have ever stayed.

Comfy hotel right by mall.Posted Jul 29, 2014
My wife and I always stay at this hotel because the price and the amenities are good. We really enjoy the complimentary drinks during happy hour and the free breakfast. On the down side our room did smell a little musky could probably use some febreeze but over all bed was very comfy. Will stay again in future.

Unique hotel with lots of charm.Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: The hotel was VERY quiet. Didn't hear a thing during the night.
Location: There is a mall fairly close by.
The room I stayed in was a suite. It had air conditioners in both rooms, the shower was great, and it had a Kuerig coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable.

Nice hotel for the money.Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Great room and breakfast.
Cons: Parking was a little limited and we were pulling a 6x10 trailer.
Location: I'm not sure about the things to do as we checked in late and left early.
Unexpectedly nice and staff pleasant except for the night clerk, who was a little tired I think.

Great place to stayPosted Jun 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is a little old & scuffed, but very clean. We had a large comfortable room with a full kitchen and a keurig single serve coffee maker with supplies. The kitchen came with dishes and silverware which were clean and enclosed in plastic bags or celephane. Very good breakfast, hot eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy as well as usual cold stuff & drinks. There is an Irish Pub in parking lot that serves an excellent Reuben sandwich and I assume the other menu items are good too. There is a steakhouse next door but we didn't try it. The VA center is across the hiway. .

Good value for the moneyPosted Jun 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were on vacation, and all the spots (zoo, Old Town etc.) were 10 or 15 minutes away. Very convenient. Room could use a little updating, but comfortable, clean and generally friendly staff (there is always one!!). The breakfast was the same each day, but was substantial; eggs, bacon, biscuits/gravy, hash browns. Nightly reception came with 3 free drinks each and popcorn. Maybe some chips next time?!? Nice pool and two good restaurants adjoining. Overall, I would stay again. I have travelled a lot on business, and this is a great value.
