Good Price for a Hotel Downtown

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: The fact that is was within walking distance to the arena
Cons: Include a small breakfast
Location: The location was great for what we were wanting. We could walk to the concert and walk back without it taking an hour to do so.
We stayed here for a concert. It was so convenient because we were within walking distance to the arena. When you get that close to the arena you expect to pay way more money. We got this hotel at a very reasonable price and the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.

Close to Intrust Arena

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Saw Alice Cooper and Motley Crue - there is a courtesy van we used to get TO the arena, didn't bother to use it coming back, it's close enough to walk. Rooms are a little cramped but clean. Bed was decent but we're spoiled with memory foam. Over all really glad we stayed there. Everyone was nice that we dealt with.

Small beds

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Reserved a room with 2 queens. Checked in and was asked if we'd prefer two queen beds or 1 king. We decided queens for a family. They were full size beds. The linen room door was open and the shelves were labeled full or king. So they are consciously misleading guests re: bed size.

Great Location and Comfort

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Location. Cleanliness.
Cons: They are still in the remodeling process so hallways were in process.
Location: Great location. We were at a convention at the Century II building. The park is nearby and it is a short drive to shopping and restaurants.
This hotel is close to downtown events and shopping and restaurants. The rooms are being remodeled and upgraded with excellence. The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful and kind.

Everything was fine and most of the new renovations look great. The place just has sort of a sad feel to it. i was not unhappy overall.

Great room for the price!

Posted May 19, 2014
Cons: The air conditioning unit in the room worked but never got super cold.
We were in town for an event at Century II and this was the only close hotel with rooms for a price that wasn't ridiculous. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and we felt right at home. Great value!
