Even it is under renovation but the facility management did their best to keep everything operated normally. Recommended!

The shower drain was clogged and the water in the shower was either extremely hot or cold and seemed to change without even touching the knob.

Even though under renovation the property was clean and smelled nice. It would have been nice to have more options or more available for breakfast the coffee was gone in the lobby pretty early and not refilled. The staff was friendly. When booking with 6 children 4 under the age of 5 I do recommend asking for the 1st floor we did have a noise complaint against us but that is expected with toddlers the staff was very friendly and understanding I appreciate that. Overall it was a very nice stay and would book again.

It was easy check in and out. People were nice. Hot tub was broken, and we were really bummed because its not posted on their site nor were we told about it. Theres construction going on, limiting/cutting off certian areas for us to use. We had to go on a goose chase just for ice. Their breakfast wasnt very good. And it was the same both days. But ran out of alot of things by the second day, being a weekend and thats when normal people travel/vacation. I feel as during this time, they should discount peoples rates. Youre not getting what you pay for.

This property is under construction, which I was notified of ahead of our stay. It is in the middle of nowhere. I asked for a room that didn’t look out on the highway. The desk person told me that she never had trouble sleeping on that side of the property. So, I wasn’t given the room requested. We stay at Hampton when traveling as they are usually good. This one didn’t even seem like a Hampton. No chair in the room, breakfast had expired food. Overall not a good experience.

I arrived at the hotel went to my room. Tried to turn on my TV and it would not work. I went back down to the front desk. They gave me batteries for the remote and said try this. So I did. No luck. I went back down and they said they would put in a ticket but it would take 3-4 days. I was only staying 2 nights. I ask to move rooms. They made a big deal out of it but finally moved me. Then on Tuesday I ended up having to stay an extra night so I immediately went to the front desk and ask if there would be a room available for 1 night. Without looking the front desk advised there a large group in town and was no rooms available. I went across the street and easily got a room with Holiday Inn. I spend a lot of nights with Hilton and Hampton Inns and if this is how Hilton and Hampton Inn want to conduct business we will not be doing anymore business with Hilton.

Good experience, the staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean, safe area. I would stay here again. The breakfast... Not so good, very few choices. Grab coffee, a muffin and plan on eating somewhere else.

We have stayed in this Hampton Inn before and it has really gone downhill. The lounge/breakfast area furniture is very dirty and makes you not want to sit on it. Also, the breakfast is the same every single day. We were there for a family event and it required a several-day stay and the breakfast did not change - at all! Overall, this hotel is okay and doable but it could be way better.

best hotel of the last few Ive experienced
this was one of 3 most recent hotel stays Ive had in the apst 2mos and this was the best hands down. the room was excellent and inviting, and the hot breakfast that was complimentary was also excellent. I will definitely stay and a Hampton Inn and suites on my next travels.

The Hampton Inn & Suites at Wilder is well off the beaten path. There's no place nearby to walk to, it's auto travel only. That turned out to be fine as we were in the area on family business. The suite was more than adequate - nice sized, 2 queen sized beds, work area, kitchenette, nice bath. The breakfast area was really nice, I was able to connect to wifi and work remotely after breakfast ended at 10am. The breakfast itself was fairly standard, a selection of hot foods (eggs and sausage/bacon), oatmeal and cold cereals, coffee, juice, toast, bagels and so on. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were easily able to get extra towels. There is an indoor pool. We didn't use it on this trip, although it looked inviting enough. Same with the exercise room. I would stay at this location again if we return.
