We stayed one night. The bathroom/shower could be updated, but it was ok.

Outdated and scary

Posted Apr 6, 2015
This hotel needs to be inspected by the corporate office. Room was not clean, smelled of smoke, no hand towels or soap, with shady characters hanging around.

Didn't feel clean.

Posted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Owners who care, employees trained and good management.
Location: Was passing through area, just needed a place to stay.
Sink leaked, on to your feet, minimal towels, holes in the wall .Over all bad..... no We both itched all night, bed bugs???? There is no in QUALITY in QUALITY Inn I suggest the owners should check out there investment, they would be shocked to see its condition. No excuse for filth. Breakfast area looked like the floor had not bed cleaned in ages.,

Pros: Breakfast.
Cons: Better pillows.
They had lost my Expedia information since their fax machine was down. Bad pillows looked like tiny sacks of sawdust. Nice morning breakfast.

Needs some improvement

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: Close to the freeway, far enough away from the train to not be heard, close to several eating establishments if needed.
Cons: Breakfast in general.
The room was satisfactory and served its purpose of a short stay. The breakfast buffet in the morning was sorely lacking and the dining room looked run down so we chose to visit a fast food across the street. Would not consider for a longer stay.

Two nights in Wilcox

Posted Mar 7, 2015
Pros: Price was excellent and location was good
Cons: General appearance and was out dated.
Location: Went to Ft. Bowie and Chiracua National monument, both excellent.
First, for the price, we felt it was a good value. The grounds and room could use updating and are tired looking. Need more plugins in the room. The breakfast was fresh cooked and a notch above the usual free breakfasts. However, the eating area needed a good cleaning.

Quality Inn? Hmm. I'd say Cheap Inn.

For the price I guess I'd say it was ok. It was mostly clean but lots of things were in disrepair e.g.: multiple holes in the wall; bath light fixture hanging down: shower fan hanging down; door handle broken; ceiling repair speckled but unpainted; etc. I will say the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Oh, and breakfast ends at 9 -- tough luck if you're road-weary and sleep in.

Better than we anticipated.

Posted Jan 28, 2015
Pros: The excellent bed and bedding and for sure the hot breakfast.
Cons: The carpet needs to be cleaned for sure.
Location: For us, the museums and Historic Parks were our interest and we were not dissapointed.
The check in was smooth and the young fellow at the desk a delight. The room was ok but the bed and bedding was like new and the heater worked well and seemed to be in excellent condition. The eal surprise was the delecious hot breakfast with eggs cooked to our pleasure. A very good night's sleep and prepared for the day Thanks

You get what you pay for

Posted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: The staff were very friendly.
Cons: Out of stock... really?
We decided to stay in Willcox for the night rather than sleeping in a tent. We were not expecting a Marriott by any means, but unfortunately, we were expecting to have some of the norms you get in a hotel that is higher on the food chain than Motel 6. Items like soap and shampoo were not in the room. We asked the front desk about them and were told that they were out of stock. The room condition was not great, the sheets had stains on them, the tub was backed up and the hot water did that oscillating thing where it would get cold for several seconds then hot again. Fortunately, we were too tired to care... you get what you pay for.
