The microwave in the game room was dirty with the same food in it the 3 days we were there.

I was in room 122 I had bed bugs in that bed, I never got any sleep the hold time I was there because of the first night. I am still having nightmares every nigt I am just getting about 4 hours of sleep because of the gruesome hororable nightmares.8-1-09 was my 57th birthday,that was the worst birthday and family reunion I ever had. We had 6 vehicles and 12 rooms. I was the only one who had bed bugs so we stayed. If I was not riding with someone else I would have came back home when I woke up with bed bugs on me and my bed. They moved me to another room, but everytime I went to sleep I had nightmares about the bugs. I really suffered, it was over a week before I could go back to work because of the bug bites all over my body. I still have about 10 to 15 bites on me. I am still having a hard time talking about the trip, because it make me think about the hororable bed bugs. I have never had anything like this happen to me or anyone in my family before and we travel all over. We travel in and out of the USA, we never had bed bugs before.

worth the price

I went to Williamsburg to visit the surrounding area - I'm not one to care for the amenities offered at higher priced hotels. I wanted a place to sleep and shower and watch tv at night. This place offered all 3. The garbage was emptied daily - the bathroom was clean - and clean towels were provided. It is need of some repair, but worth the price. The location alone made it one I would return to.

Ok Place To Stay For The Money

The hotel is conveniently located on Richmond Road which offers a lot of places to eat. From McDonalds to Japanese Sushi and all in between. You will have lots of places to dine at. The Hotel is cheap for a reason. Grounds are not kept very well, the place seems to be on its way down in terms of appearance. The staff is very nice, but I am from NY so even rude people from VA seem nice :-) The room was OK, it was a standard double. Nothing special. AC worked great. Bathroom was a little small but definitely clean enough. For some reason we didnt get an Iron or Ironing board. If you think about it, you ar enever in the room for too long since you are either at Busch Gardens, Water Country, Colonial Williamsburg, Eating, etc. So with price and quality considered, it was very good.

Our room didnt even have matching bedspreads. There was a pile of crumbs when we checked in and it remained there the duration of our stay. The hotel is pretty gross, we checked out a day early...but you get what you pay for

Not so Great

The room was "non-smoking" and reeked of smoke. The continental breakfast was a joke- 1 pot of coffee and 2 kinds of cereal. The furniture had mold on it. The cleaning crew came around in the evening when people were in their rooms. The wi-fi service only worked half the time, the pool had a layer of scum on the top and lastly, there WAS a coffee pot in the room. Just no coffee. I would not stay here again.

"Never Again"

The hotel was not clean at all. The bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time...there were rings around the tub. The rugs looked like they were not vacuumed properly. Sleeping in the bed left us feeling "itchy." Woke up with bite marks the next day. Finally when checking out we were not even thanked for our stay and she did not ask us how or if we enjoyed our stay. I wonder why?!

Pool was out of order. Been better if had a refrigerator in room. Went to breakfast at 8am, nothing to eat.
