Pros: Great service and clean
Location: Red Lobster was right accross the street. McDonalds down the road and Friendly's ice cream was close by.
Friendly staff, walking distance to restaurants and minutes away from attractions.

Vacation Stop to visit Busch Gardens

Posted Jul 4, 2014
Location: Williamsburg Virginia. Lots of things to do but we were just there for Busch Gardens.
Stayed 2 days and it was better than expected. For the price, which I thought was very reasonable, it was a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again if I come through this way. The place was busy but everything went well. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, what more could you ask for.

Nice hotel close to Water Country

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: It was close to where we were going.
Cons: The room cleaning, and preparing it for your next guests.
Location: Plenty of places to eat, and close to a lot of family entertainment.
The staff was friendly. The only thing is our room smelled bad, like BO or something.

Hotel in Need of Serious Renovations

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It needs a complete renovation
Location: Good location.
My husband and I checked into the Central Comfort Inn for two nights at the end of May. We were greeted by a less than friendly front desk employee, but nevertheless headed up in a super florescent lit elevator to our prepaid room. Upon entering, it was obvious that the room had not been updated since the late 80's--wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom walls; the ceiling had a big stain from a leak; the carpet was musty; the furniture beat up; and who ever did the original paint job missed a lot of spots, to say the least! Overall the room felt real old and moldy. Also, both mornings we were woken up by kids playing in the hallway at 7:00 a.m. We called down to the front desk to ask for their assistance, but nothing was done. To add insult to injury, given my interrupted sleep, I headed downstairs to the complimentary continental breakfast to get a much needed cup of coffee--and the urn was completely empty and no one to be found! Needless to say, we DEFINITELY won't be returning!

dirty hotel room

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: the people were nice there and location was great.
Cons: try hiring someone who cares about how he or she does her job, meaning the cleaning person.
Location: it was well located in Williamsburg, Va near the pottery and lots of stores and restuarants and definitely Attraction of Williamsburg.
the person who was suppose to clean our room never vacuumed. She did not replace towels or coffee. She never did anything in the bathroom.

Not the best for more than one night

Posted May 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
I needed a place to stay for one night and I needed it closer to the outlets. If you're looking for a place to stay for more than one night, I can assure you this isn't the place. No rooms in the hotel have a refrigerator and apparently their renovating the rooms, but it looks tacky seeing equipment in the hall ways left overnight. Highly doubt I'll stay there again.

Picking up from William and Mary

Posted May 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is the second time I stayed at this location. The price is great and the cleanliness of the room was great. The bed could have been a little more comfortable...sagged in the middle, but overall I was very satisfied with the room. I was there for the night as I was picking up my student and William and Mary. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area so I was not bored! The only issues I have with the hotel is that there is a terrible cigarette odor as you walk into the hotel, most likely due to the fact that there is a bench and an ash can right outside the front door. This really should be moved so the odor will go away and so that those that do not smoke do not have to be subjected to the smoke upon entering or leaving the hotel. Second would be the breakfast. While I applaud the choice of turkey sausage, it should at least be edible. This tasted frozen and I simply could not eat it. These two negative things were the same as the last time I stayed when I was taking my student to William and Mary. Also, something should be said about all the people who were filling enormous coffee to go cups...there was no coffee for those of us that stayed there and took a normal size cup of coffee. Or maybe there should be more that one pot of coffee...after all how many room do you have? and only 1 coffee pot?
