The property was fine, it's quiet, clean We stay here often for business and every time we have stayed there is no hot water! Then the maintenance man told us they keep it turned off in the boiler room unless someone complains. Even once it was turned on it was barley luke warm.

This hotel has a nice “feel” to it. Attentive and friendly desk clerks set the tone. I lengthened my trip because I was so pleased with my stay.

Hotel was renovated and felt very clean. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good, but very basic. The protein was always a sausage (we stayed 5 day). Wish they would swap out for ham or bacon and had few more option for the sweet stuff ( had waffles only; few pastries would have been nice). The water pressure wasn’t good on the top floor, but it was quieter with no kids running over our heads, so that worked for us. Location was convenient to drive to the area attractions. Overall, would stay here again.

Friendly staff at check in. Cleaning staff couldn’t speak English, I had to look around for someone to tell me where the ice machine was located.

The price was right, but there's nothing special about this hotel, it was clean and covered the basics. The breakfast area was a bit busy and messy, so we skipped. We stayed one night, so it was fine, but for a longer stay I'd opt for elsewhere.

This looks to be a pretty new hotel- modern decor and very clean. Beds were comfy and the rooms were nice. All staff members were super friendly! Breakfast had several hot and cold options. The indoor pool is nice and the hot tub is big and can fit several people. Tiny fitness center. Theres a game room for kids and a change machine in the lobby for the quarters! Minor comments for improvement considerations: - styrofoam coffee cups suck. Please invest in ones that don’t bend easily- several people dealt with spills just trying to get the lid to close correctly! Also- some real half and half would be awesome - the tiles around the pool lead to kids slipping everywhere. Maybe surround the edge of the pool with rubber mats or a rougher surface? Also it’s nice that there are pool towels so we don’t have to use the ones in the room (super small towels tho! They only fit kids) - shower temps take a while to get hot. Not great pressure but it was manageable.

Staff was absolutely sweet and very quick to fix minor issues ! The room was clean however it did have a dirt smell to it. The jetted tub was easy to use and super relaxing. The amenities are small, a bit outdated ( the arcade only had 3 games to play out of the 5 or 6 they had ) . The pool and hot tub were amazing tho and the hours are wonderful 6am-11pm to use them. Me and my SO went there early and the only ones there and enjoyed our time !! The breakfast is amazing too!! Im always happy to see a hotel serve big waffles ☺️ I would stay again !

The room was very comfortable, and proximity to Colonial Williamsburg is excellent. Breakfast was good. This is a MUCH cheaper alternative to staying in one of the CW hotels.

Front desk personnel were great. Cleanliness of the dining/food area could have been better but then when you have a bunch of wild kids with some unsupervising parents, it's hard to keep clean. Cleaning staff kept our room clean.

I booked a suite with a separate room. I got what I booked. It was very comfortable. The cool/heat could be adjusted fully--my kid turned the heat on, while I turned the A/C on around our preferred temperatures. Nice breakfast. Great value.

1. Walked in and no one was at the front desk, a return by note was at the desk. 2. Room was pretty clean but the beds were horribly uncomfortable. 3. Water in the hot tub was dirty. 4. Pool area was filthy. 5. A lot of kids on bikes were lounging in the lobby area charging their phones. Bikes were lying around the area by the entryway. That should be enough for now.
