Comfortable and nice

Posted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: The beds were awesome!
Cons: Needs a second mirror out in the bedroom
Location: Williamsburg was close by and would be a great place for families to visit for the day!
The receptionist was wonderful! She greeted us with a smile as soon as we came in and quickly checked us into our rooms!

Hotel in nice, quiet area

Posted Jan 1, 2015
Pros: The location was great and the front desk staff were very personable and friendly
Cons: We stayed two nights and after first night, the maid didn't leave us shampoo, lotion or soap nor did we have items to put into our coffee next morning
Location: Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Lots of excellent shopping especially Yankee Candle!
This is the first time we stayed here and it was wonderful as it's in a quieter area of Williamsburg minus the occasional trains that pass through but that's comforting to me as my father was a trainer collector!

Pros: Yes, the staff was very sweet and kind. Helpful and willing to do what it took to make our time in Williamsburg better.
Cons: Bed toppers to make them softer
Location: Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, and Busch Gardens.
The beds were too hard for me, I had a backache each morning.

No free continental breakfast.

Posted Dec 9, 2014
Cons: Offer a free continental breakfast, especially at price point for a room.
No free continental breakfast was offered. Instead hotel had "bistro" in lobby where a person could buy food. Numerous restaurants in the area are a better choice for breakfast.

Very nice Hotel

Posted Dec 5, 2014
Pros: The Hotel staff was very nice, the atmosphere was good. The rooms were clean.
Cons: The one thing I did not like was no microwaves in the rooms. I think all rooms should have microwaves. We should not have to go downstairs to use one.
Location: location is close to busch gardens and not to far from outlets and resturants.
Me and my family stayed here for 3 nights during Thanksgiving and Black Friday weekend. We had alot of fun.
