“Totally worth it”

The staff at this hotel was particularly helpful and kind. We had noisy neighbors when we checked in and after a quick call to the front desk, we no longer heard a peep. The hotel is clean and everything seemed to work as you would expect. There is nothing that will particularly wow you here, but if you are looking at a moderately priced, clean, safe and comfortable hotel where the people that work there are trying to be helpful and are nice, it's a great place. Being close to Busch Gardens and having a Target across the street makes it super convenient as well.

“Never Return”

Arrived at hotel room to a used dirty soap still in the shower. Our room was never cleaned. All the vending machines for water was empty and never returned change. Loud slamming doors while sleeping. Loud ice machine while sleeping. The trash outside the hotel doors was so full that when you went out the door you would have to walk through flies everywhere. Bed was uncomfortable along with the pillows. The photos on the website does not show the gross walls, ceilings, sinks, and the rest of the room!

hotel was super convenient to water country usa and busch gardens, but there were NO restaurants conveniently located near hotel...except hotel restaurant. Hotel was so-so....Not sure if I'd go again

“Was not Impressed”

There was no coffee pot in the room and they only served coffee in their restaurant which opened at 7 am AND that you had to pay for. The TV did not work and it seemed as if we were bothering the hotel staff to get it fixed. It was not convenient to restaurants.

“Okay, but wouldn't again”

First off, the hotel advertised free breakfast, when in fact it was a restaurant with overpriced food downstairs. Second, when we got there someone was having a party in their conference room and the music was blaring so loud we could barely hear the clerk trying to check us in. Third, we were in a room at the top floor, with the elevator leading up to it in the back of the hotel, near that elevator was the outside door where it smelled of smoke horribly, which seeped into the hotel and elevators as well. Fourth, and last, was that the doors to the actual rooms did not seal all of the way, leaving 1 to 2 inch gaps at the top. This lead to no sound proofing at all, so when drunks were stomping up and down the hallway in the middle of the night screaming, it kept us up. Overall, the location and hotel were great, but I wouldn't stay here again at all. Good luck if you stay here.

There was blood on three of the pillows. Found this to be extremely disgusting! The hotel was extremely out of date!

“Worst hotel I've stayed in”

The hotel was very out dated, the hotel room's cleanliness was questionable and the smell was horrific. I will not be staying in another Days Inn.
