You pay for what you get. It's relatively close to Colonial Williamsburg but you will need a car anyway.

conditions

Pros: Convenience
Cons: maintenance
Location: Good location and all of the Williamsburg sites were easily accesible.
Only extremely hot water was available in sink, shower and even the toilet. When management was told they did not seem even a little concerned. The water was so hot than even taking a shower was very unpleasant. Room was clean otherwise and amenities were satisfactory.

Staff food suggestions

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: The location
We saw a food delivery guy outside and asked for the name of the restaurant. The staff was helpful with providing us with the location and they had a good relationship with the business. We ate in our room and realized it was cramped for eating a meal. The next evening, I asked the staff if we could eat in the "breakfast area". They said "yes" and we cleaned up after. The staff was polite and knew the local food places.

Great hotel and pleasant staff. Even though hotel is older they maintain everything well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Good choice!

Nice area, nice room, well kept, good staff. Except for Styrofoam plates at the breakfast room and pretty meager fare there, very well done.
