From the time of arrival the total staff was friendly and very helpful with all aspects of our stay. The room was very clean and spaceish. Nice to have a frig and microwave plus free wifi. The breakfast was nice also. Our only concern was the lock on the main door would it caught the way it should have. Needed to be forced but all and all very nice stay. Will stay again

I usually enjoy Fairfield hotels. However, this hotel did not hold up to the standard. Our room was extremely small, even with just double beds in it there was hardly room to get around. The hotel laundry was dirty and one of the machines was full of gunk making it un-useable. Overall, it just wasn't very clean, it was small and seemed run-down. We chose it for location to Colonial Williamsburg and for that, yes, it was good.

Pros: The kids loved the toppings for the waffles in the morning!
Cons: Wish the pool had been warmer or the spa/hot tub had been working. Especially on a holiday weekend with a booked solid hotel.
Location: Close to everything. Had a great time touring Williamsburg and Jamestown. Lots of great places to eat and shop!
Great hotel- clean, had everything we needed. Breakfast was good! Just wish the spa/hot tub had been in working order. Indoor pool still a bit cold.

Clean and comfortable. Central location to restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. Bed was extremely comfortable :)

Pros: The location was good for us, it was quiet and the breakfast was agreat way to start the day.
We had a pleasant stay. The staff was welcoming and responsive. We were concerned there might be noise as we were on the first floor facing the parking lot, but this was not an issue at all. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was available in a spacious dining area and the food was replenished frequently.

Location: Tons to do in the area, lots of food choices and shopping.
Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. We needed to print an email for our tour of William and Mary and they were more then happy to help. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

We checked in the hotel on Monday and when we got there we were informed that the water was cut off in the rooms for maintenance. Fair enough. Our stay was pre paid before we checked in on Monday and scheduled to check out Wednesday morning. We woke up Tuesday morning and another notice was slipped under the door that the water was again going to be cut off between the hours of 10:30am - 2pm. We also received a call that morning telling us that we had to leave our room and go to another one because they needed it. We were not asked but told we had to change rooms. We had 4 people staying in that room already unpacked and prepared to stay in it til Wednesday. That was extremely rude and disappointing. We had already acquired the room and prepaid a week in advance. It was very inconvenient to have to pack everything and move rooms. Had it been handled differently by the Hotel this disappointed could have been avoided. That is no way to treat a guest.
