“hotels”

the hotels were clean and well kept up. Had no complaints. The parking situation at Woodlands was a bit complicated that first day, but once we got used to it, there was no problem. Everyone was curtious

“a very nice hotel”

We stayed for three nights and were very pleased with the Hampton Inn. They were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated for the Holidays. The rooms were modern with large bathrooms that were extremely clean. I would highly recommend that hotel to anyone.

“The Breakfast? What Happened”

The overall stay was nice. The Customer Service at the Front Desk was great. Unfortunately we were offered the Breakfast Buffet. When we arrived at 9:30ish, there was the waffle turner someone had obviously not sprayed and batter was stuck in it. A line of hungry folks, no a lot of oatmeal, some type of breakfast patty (did not look tasty) and some potatoes. Breads, No Pastries and I did not see any Yogurts (could be wrong about that). I have been to other Hampton Inns and the Buffets have been more substantial and plenty of it. Unfortunately, we decided to check out and go eat breakfast elsewhere.

“location, location, location”

Wonderful hotel. Great staff. Very comfortable bed, quiet room. Breakfast was good. Indoor pool was ice cold.

“Wonderful stay”

We stayed in a suite and it was perfect for us. The staff was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. When we had a slight problem with our TV, an employee was up and had it fixed in minutes. The breakfast was good, although not great and the pool was perfect.

“Will return”

Everyone was extremely nice at the hotel. The breakfast was more than ample. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We only stayed one night , so the most important thing was a clean comfortable room, which is exactly what we got. Location was great.
