Family friendly hotel with excellent location

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: The spacious room and the location
Cons: They should consider adding recycling bins. We had so much things that would loved to have recycled (paper bags, newspaper, water bottles, etc).
Location: Colonial Williamsburg, the Premium Outlet, Jamestowne and Jamestown Settlement are no more than 10 minutes away.
We had an excellent experience and are very happy to have chosen this Hampton Inn. At check-in they receive the kids with chocolate chip cookies and the front person is fast and courteous. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Their breakfast offers variety every day and surprisingly, the coffee is very good. The location is great having Colonial Williamsburg, the Premium Outlet, Jamestowne and Jamestown Settlement at no more than 10 minutes away.

Would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Pool and hot tub had a lot of sand on the bottom.

Weekender visit for Easter with our William & Mary student Very close by. Ate at our favorite restrauants, also close by. Had an accessable room. Plenty of space for a wheelchair and for hanging out. Bathroom set up excellent: bars galore, special shower head but NO BATH SEAT. May have been in closet. Not needed by us but can be a life saver. Housekeeping very attentive and pleasant. Lobby staff equally so. Breakfast was quite extensive and delicious. Appreciated the 11 AM CHECKOUT. Will stay again when the price is right.

Pros: It is very nice looking and safe parking in front.
Cons: Need a face lift on wall paper, specially in the bathroom.
Location: Everything is near by in a short distance. Shopping, restaurant....
We are looking for a hotel in our price range and this one is the best of its class. We are please with it. Thanks

Pros: Everything!
Just the best experience overall including easy access to area attractions as well as a wide variety of restaurants near by. Hampton Inns remain at the top of my list! This one was exceptional to say the least.
