My family and I enjoyed the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly. The pool, fitness room, and hotel looks exactly like the pictures online.

DisappointedPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: The breakfast was very good. Food was hot and fresh.
Cons: Need to have refrigerators in the room.
Location: We enjoyed Jamestown Settlement an Colonial Williamsburg. It was enjoyable and educational. We had dinner at Sal's and our granddaughters loved it.
We were disappointed to not have a refrigerator in the room as we had beverages we wanted to keep cold and some snacks for our granddaughters.

Nice hotel close to attractions in WilliamsburgPosted Aug 11, 2014
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Very convenient to Busch Gardens and other attractions. Kids loved the two pools and breakfast. Only down fall was no refrigerator in the room! Would stay here again when we visit Williamsburg!

No free wifi as advertisedPosted Aug 11, 2014
Great location, spotless room, comfy beds. Easy to sleep, no loud other guests. Breakfast offered was varied every morning and served hot but there were always healthy options of fruit and yogurt. Pools well kept, hot tub notsomuch. Advertises free internet, but we were told it was only for the first 24 hours (of a 6 night stay) then it was 5 bucks a day. That was the only irritating point. Felt a little "bait and switched" on that. Staff was friendly and attentive. The gal that works the breakfast room was on it, kept tha food well stocked and the place neat and clean.

Problems in bathroomPosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: The coffee always available in the front lobby like at all Hampton Inns.
Cons: Bathrooms need upgrading and attention should be given to serving a higher quality breakfast.
Location: Hotel was very nearby Colonial Williamsburg, making it quite easy to get there.
I have enjoyed staying in Hampton Inns in the past because they have all been pretty uniform--we always knew pretty much what to expect. But this time was different! We had trouble with the toilet bowl tank filling up with water in our bathroom on the second night of our stay and the first attempt they made to fix it was unsuccessful. We either had to pour water into the tank ourselves using a cup or go downstairs to the lobby and use the public restroom. They did fix the problem the next day, however. The shower control levers were also very difficult to use, so the bathroom was not in good condition. To top things off, in addition, we found the breakfasts very low in quality compared to what we had experienced at other Hampton Inns. After the first few days we realized breakfast was not something we could look forward to. Overall a very disappointing experience unlike what we had become used to at a Hampton Inn. I definitely would not stay here again.

Find somewhere else if staying more than one nightPosted Jun 2, 2014
If you're looking for somewhere to literally only sleep and shower this is the place for you. If you intend on watching tv, surfing the wireless internet or eating anything in your room go somewhere else. No fridge, expensive "fast" wireless internet, water stains on the ceiling, and unfriendly staff are staples here. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and both disliked the room and the staff.
