Surprisingly chic

Cool, modern, clean lobby. Cool vibe in lobby. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Room bigger than expected with pull out couch for kids. Rooms not decorated as cool as lobby but clean and beds comfy so I was pleased- great price too. I would go back.

A very comfortable stay.

Pros: The presentation of the entrance very similar to other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at. We like the convenience of their breakfast.
Cons: I would not know where to begin.
Location: Location on main thoroughfare and easily found.
I have only accolades for the staff. Room was super clean and for a three night stay, we only asked for a few extra towels and did not require the services of the cleaning maids during our visit.

Nice hotel, quiet and clean with good amenities

Would definitely stay again. Heater/air conditioner a little tricky to control, but once I figured it out, room was comfortable and quiet. Very easy to travel with kids.

Not good enough for the money!

Posted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: The staff member that registered me was pleasant and informative.
Cons: The manager took her time addressing a question I had. She wasn't very professional in appearance and her customer service skills were lacking.
The room was clean but it was very stuffy and the air/heat was difficult to regulate. The shower was awful!!! There was very low water pressure which made it hard to rinse out shampoo and uncomfortable to stay in for a relaxing shower since most of my body was not getting wet!!!!

Pros: clean and location, center of everything
Cons: The sign on Richmond Rd is small and sort of hidden behind other signs, one can easily miss your location
Location: shopping at the outlets, every block had nice places to dine
The only negative thing about my stay is the room I stayed in, the window did not give me a good and welcome view. Instead of me looking at the surrounding points of interest, I was looking at the roof of the hotel

Room was comfortably and staff was friendly and efficient. Only negative was we were told the restaurant next to the hotel gave guests a 10% discount. Which was not correct.
