Excellent stay. Suite was the perfect size for 3 teens and two adults. Best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. Room was spotless and comfortable.

We were in town for a family event, and many of us stayed here. Had an unplanned gathering in the lounge to watch the Ravens WIN, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility well kept and clean. Only negative the heating was a bit loud.

I really like the property, the suite, and the location, I was able to get everything done without spending a lot of time driving around. It was convenient and spacious but there was no staff available during the time of my checking out.

Nice Place - needs some TLC
We love Homewood suites and stay there whenever we are in Williamsburg. However, it’s time for repairs. The stove in our suite had dials in which the settings had been scrubbed off. I actually couldn’t get it on at all. A treadmill in the gym didn’t incline and the screen on the Peloton bike didn’t turn on so logging in to spin wasn’t possible. There was also a sneaker cage missing on the Peloton.

The GM Caesar was very nice and informative. He helped us to find a way to make it into town to watch the Grand Illumination. The suite was nice and comfortable. My only issue was the tub needed better caulking so it didn’t look so outdated.

The location was great for what we needed. It was convenient for all the historical spots, as well as close to lots of dining options. In general, the staff was friendly and responsive. These were elements that bring it down in my mind. The shower pressure was clearly too high to be contained by curtain and overspray went everywhere. The wallpaper around the shower were peeling back and were showing lots of mildew. The breakfast was very bland and seemingly old. Even the cereal seemed tasteless, and our kids were not even wanting to eat there on day 2 and 3.

The property itself was clean & very close to Williamsburg. Stacy at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back. However, both hotel phones did not work. It took them a day to fix them. . We had asked for fresh towels and for our trash to be emptied which never happened until Stacy came in the next morning. Also when you offer a suite with a kitchen you need bigger trash cans. There were only 2 small ones which fill up quickly and need to be emptied daily. All in all I would go back!!

We checked in at 4:00 a.m. because we were moving from NY to Va. We were given a room that was very noisy with a rumbling sound. We were dead tired and still couldn't sleep. I spoke to the manager the next day and he said it was the a/c from upstairs.Not the case at all.

The suite was fine. The checkin time was different when I got there than what Expedia had said, so I wound up in a room that was near the front desk which was loud in the morning. It was nice and close to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg.

This place was very average. The breakfast was not very good. We had to ask for enough soap for our stay. The only thing in the bathroom provided was shampoo-not even conditioner.

This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in, not worth the money spent. This is a Hilton brand hotel that should not be called an eco lodge. The room wasn't cleaned before we checked in. I had to clean both bathrooms upon entry. I asked the front desk clerk if the room was service and he admittedly advised it was serviced, that's a lie because when I went to close the door to the children bedroom, there was a soiled diaper behind the door. Not only was this establishment filthy, the ceiling above the fridge was leaking, and the continental breakfast was the worse in the south. We rented two additional rooms for family members and they were locked out of there room because of a problem with the locking device requiring maintenance to remove the entire device to repair while my mother was without her portable oxygen for greater then 40 mins. lastly, after I complained to the front desk clerk and asked for the owners information, they threatened to throw me and my family out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. I will be forwarding supporting documentation and pictures to the Hilton CEO because this establishment shouldn't be affiliated with HILTON.

Expedia states the check-in time is 2:00pm but it’s actually 3:00pm at the hotel. The managers were very nice and cared about the place. It’s old and dated.

I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but need to here this time. A few issues... Ice maker in fridge didn't work. Normally not an immediate complaint but maintenance was asked/reminded 3 times about it, we were told it would be addressed, it was not. In the room, paint peeled off doors, outlets missing covers, terrible pillows. Lastly, the breakfast was not great. We've stayed here before and it was better. Overall the quality of the hotel was less than previous stays. It is one of the few places with 2 bedroom suites which is nice, but the property needs some improvements.
