“Felt comfortable, friendly staff”

Stayed the night, left early. Check-in was quick. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room walls seemed thin, could hear the neighbors talking when trying to sleep. Easy drive to Busch Gardens.

“Great Service”

Couldn't have asked for a better service! From the point of check in to the point of check out we received great service from this hotel. We had two young children in our group and an elderly and Marriott was accomodating in every way possible. Can't wait to go back and stay at the same Marriott! Excellent service, Great Hotel Manager and the best staff. Keep it up Marriott!

“Beatiful Place to Stay”

At the end of my stay, I was really happy that I selected this hotel. Hotel personel was very friendly and helpful. WiFi is not included in the daily rate. However my husband talked to the front desk if they do not charge us for this. And we did not pay anything for WiFi. We spent good time in the indoor pool. There is also a big outdoor pool in this hotel.

“Great value; great locale!”

This hotel offered ease of access to all major Williamsburg attractions, and had several nice amenities (pool, tennis court, 3 separate dining/snack areas, etc). I would definitely recommend to others and come back again myself.

“Great place to stay - very close to busch gardens”

This hotel was beautiful inside and very close to Busch Gardens. Only complaint would be a bad smell in the room but it wasn't unbearable. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel.

“Amazing!”

Everyone was very friendly and made us feel very welcome! This was the best hotel stay I've ever had!! The room was very clean. I wanted to take the bed home with me! The kids had a great time at the pool! When we went for breakfast it was delicious! Amazing is all I can say. We are keeping this place bookmarked for the next time we go to Busch Gardens/Williamsburg!

“Very Nice!”

WE were very happy with the location, cleanliness and customer service in this hotel. Our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool, too. The only thing we didn't love, was the in-hotel (additional cost) buffet breakfast We would def. go back.

“Welcome to Williamsburg Marriott...”

Nice, Kind, Clean Hotel. However I found a fly in inside pool and outside pool.
