Pros: The free breakfast wasn't too bad. It only had scrambled eggs, sausage patties and waffles the 2 mornings we were there. Decent.
Location: Nice location.
The lady checking me is was extremely helpful and polite, however the younger gentlemen sitting on his butt did nothing. I was given a room at check in on the exterior portion of the hotel. Went up the flight of stairs and looked in the window...nothing had been cleaned. When I went back to the front desk, the kid said he had noticed that like 2 days ago...then just walked in the back. Thankfully the lady behind the desk took care of the matter. This hotel is in need of an overall renovation or needs to be closed. The rooms date back to the 80's. Chipped plaster, mold around the tub, holes in the walls, baseboards were disgusting.

Not horrible-just OK

Posted Apr 12, 2015
The room was a bit run down, although it was clean. The bathroom door stuck and made a very loud noise when opening. The vanity area was very small. But the location to William & Mary and Colonial Williamaburg was a plus.

I will never stay there again.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
I was there last weekend (4/3/15-4/4/15) for my daughters track meet at William and Mary. If I weren't so exhausted and not feeling well do to the allergy season, I would have gone back to the receptionist after going to my room and asked for my money back and left to find another hotel. The room smelled like smoke, and I was told it was a non-smoking room. The lamps did not work. I could not find a remote for the TV. The AC unit did not work. The dressing area was filthy as well as the coffee maker. It was just awful. The only good part was a fell asleep quickly.

Pros: Location
Cons: The bed was horrible.
Location: Great location one block from Colonial Williamsburg and not far from Busch Gardens.
Convenient location very close to Historical Williamsburg.

Ok for cheap one night stay

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Nice staff and breakfast. Beds comfortable. Hallways needed vacuuming. Rooms not maintained-walls need touch up paint, tub coating peeling off and knob on heater gone. Ok for a cheap one night stay.

Good and Bad Stay

Posted Dec 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff was very attentive and kind during check in and breakfast. The door of our room had been damaged (looked like it had been kicked in) and did not work well. We had to really work to get it open and then a lot of the hall light came in through the opening. There was also a lot of light coming in through the window that overlooked to pool. We found a sock from a former guest left over by the desk. The bed was clean and very comfortable. We will most likely stay elsewhere when we return to Williamsburg.

Extremely dirty and run down.

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Hotel top to bottom was dirty and run down. Drywall had patches, paint on the walls were messy and run spots, baseboard was coming apart from wall, air conditioner was filthy and falling apart, only one outlet worked in the room, refrigerator didn't work, entire room was extremely dirty. The pool area roof was leaking, water puddles on the ground, the room was not heated just the water and pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. A pleasant stay

Posted Dec 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
It is obvious that this particular Quality Inn needs updating and repairs but the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet each morning was enjoyable. They offered more than coffee and bagels. The hotel staff was very nice; in fact they called me to let me know that I left my phone charger in the room and they are mailing it back to me! You can not go wrong staying here for the price of the room per night. It was an affordable weekend get-a-way.
