“Small Room”

Tiny room, no roomservice. OK for one traveller, not two.

“Extremely Noisy”

I have stayed at most of the time share properties in Williamsburg over the past six years. While this is a beautiful property, I would never stay here again. I was unable to get any sleep during my entire stay. I was awakened by the tour guides showing the property to tours every morning at 9:00 and that took place every hour or so until late afternoon. The doors have over a 1 inch gap on the side and the bottom so you can hear any and everything that passes your door, not to mention that the walls are so thin you can hear the person in the next rooms conversation as clear as if they were standing next to you. I think at the very least, this property should designate a particular area of the hotel to use for tours so as to not disturb the guests, especially first thing in the morning! I was thinking about purchasing at this particular hotel because I love its central location to everything but have definitely changed my mind about this one.

“Westgate Williamsburg ~ The Worse”

Noise was the big factor. I have stayed in this hotel several times, but on this visit it was anything BUT peace and quiet. Plus, with the dark parking lot I was not comfortable at all coming and going at night. Things have changed for this establishment and not for the "better".

“Family Vacation”

After a long 6 hour trip with a 4 year old and an 18 month old I arrived at 1:30 and was told that I could not check in even though the room was ready. The person said rules was rules and I would have to come back at 3. I travel a lot and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. The room it self has seen better days. Things were all broken or starting to break. For a time share it was in really bad shape and needs to be remodeled
