Dirty, smelly hotel

Cheap, Sticky furniture Loud surroundings Smelly carpets Filthy bathroom- vomit on our shower curtain Unkept common areas Tried to cancel our reservation for the second night and hotel/expedia would not allow it. Hotel charges Expedia and Expedia charges the customer. Enough said.

Virginia trip

Location: Great location, many restaurants nearby and a lot of things to do for entertainment.
The hotel stay was pleasant and it's great that its a pet-friendly hotel!! One great thing is that I was able to sleep the entire night without waking up to noises. I have been traveling a lot lately and it would seem like the hotel walls are getting thinner or people are just getting louder! Even though the room was very close to a heavy traffic road, I couldn't hear a thing unless the door was open. I just have a couple of recommendations: 1. bigger beds - my son is almost 6' tall and he could barely fit on the bed. 2. better toiletries - good shampoo and conditioner will take you a long way!!! Overall...it was a nice stay.

Not a resort 21mi fro. Airport

Old tv,not close to airport. Staff took forever to check me in. Tub dirty and looked like George Washington would bathe in it. Tried to be upscale but failed

Nice stay but....be aware....timeshare pitch!

Pros: Loved the amount of space in the two bedroom suite. Two bathrooms make it great for a family of 5 Also, full kitchen gives the option of quick meals
Cons: Wish it was described as a timeshare property, this was you can decide if you want to take the chance and book it.
Location: Tons of restaurant choices on Richmond Road. We were laughing about the amount of Pancake houses, probably 10 or more.
This turned out to be a timeshare even thought I booked through Expedia, so I was surprised. Upon check-in after a 6 hour car ride, I was told I needed to talk with a concierge. Turns out it was to sign up for the sales pitch. The offer was for free Busch Gardens tickets and complimentary wi-fi. Since we were a party of five, I couldn't resist the almost $300 savings on tickets. The 1.5 hr presentation turned out to be almost 3 hrs. As much as the proclamation was that this was not high pressure sales, it was. I should have researched it better before booking because I am on vacation, not looking to waste 3 hours of my vacation time. Pool was closed for maintenance for two days out of our four, real bummer.

It wasn't what I expected. Shower was not satisfactory. There were stains all over.

Nice Hotel closed to Park and rest.

Was really nice. The first day we was bother for the timeshare orientation. We dont want spent time taking orientation. In overall was really good for family. The room is comfortable.

Excellent all around!

This hotel was the best hotel my family has ever been to! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and overall we had a great experience staying here. My only gripe is that internet access was $9.99/day. Other than that, everything else was great. Highly recommended!

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Facilities in the rooms
Cons: Chnage the shower curtines
Location: Excellent location near Bush Garden, Water Contry USA and Colonial Williamsburg.
Very friendly staff, great location and excellent room confort.

Pros: pool,convenience, easy access, large accommodations.
Cons: only thing have room service check coffee use
Location: close to all historic sites as well other areas
definitely would stay here again. close to all attractions.

Okay Hotel

Location: We picked the hotel because it was supposed to be within walking distance from historic Williamsburg. It was a pretty long walk though.
We had a suite, but it was pretty small. There is no wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom.
