“Williamsburg's Wost Hotel!!!!”

I will never again stay at this hotel. After an 11 hour car ride to get to Williamsburg, all I wanted to do was check into the hotel and take a nap. Well first off, when we walked into the front lobby there was nobody around. We rang the bell and it took someone 10 mins to come out of the office. This person who supposedly calls himself the hotel manager was to busy to give us any kind of instructions while checking in because he was on the phone with other employees trying to get them to bring him a orange traffic cone to block himself a parking space for his motorcycle. Then we couldn't have our room because the "maid" was taking a nap and didn't feel well enough to clean them yet. The ceiling right above the door and window was caving in, there was mold growing up the cracked tile walls in the bathroom, and the coffee maker was caked with old coffee. Not to mention the blanket on the bed was stained and smelled. When i went to hook up my lap top to do some school work, the free wifi needed an access code. I spent an hour trying to call the front desk for this code and nobody answered, only to find out the "manager" write the code on our key, but we wouldn't have known that because he gave us no instructions at chek in. The final straw was when the toilet over flowed and we called for someone to come plunge, and instead we got a knock at the door and a plunger left for us to use. I would not reccomend this place to anybody, it is VERY out dated and FILTHY!!! YUCK!!!!

“Will definitely repeat stay...”

The staff was very friendly, hotel was always being cleaned, their courtesy breakfast was fresh and kids LOVED the pool. We were very happy with our pick for this hotel and the rate we got was amazingly economic.

“make sure ac/heat works”

It's was a decent place to stay, great location, great staff. The only bad thing we found is the AC. It wasn't working, it only got warm air out and it was HOT. just make sure AC works when you go

“Terrible!”

I was sorely disappointed when I got to my room. There were cobwebs in all the corners, mold throughout the bathroom, a strange orange stain in the tub, rust on the closet bar and paint pealing off everywhere. "House cleaning" even knocked on the door three hours before check out! Check in service was fine, but I never received a receipt or confirmation of my credit card purchase. I would never stay here or recommend to anyone!

“great bargain”

found the inn a great value, clean, well maintained. I would use this inn again. For the money you can't go wrong. Located only a few miles from all attractions and plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
