Good morning, Kathleen, I am so sorry we did not meet or exceed your expectations while staying with us. Our new locks will be installed within the next month so that should no longer be an issue. I did get your note yesterday and I apologize I was not at the desk. I was back in laundry switching linens and towels for the housekeepers since we were short staffed. Hi Jazmine,My apologies if you room was not cleaned during your stay. We provide stayover service every other day unless the guest opts out of service or if there is a "Do Not Disturb" door hangar on the door.
