Nice hotel - short drive to town amenities.Posted Aug 13, 2014
The hotel is located across for Penn State and a Service Station/Convenience store. All other amenities are a short drive away. Hotel was pleasant except for our room view. It overlooked a scrap metal yard - not very attractive. The morning breakfast buffett was nice and a hard working employee made sure it was all topped up. The front desk staff looked at me side ways when I asked for a local area map or guide book. And then after much prompting she figured out it was what she called a "visitor guide" and sent me to opposite side of foyer to look for it. It was not there and she seemed annoyed when I approached her again. She finally made her way over to see it wasn't there and then went to grab some out of stock area. Generally we got what we paid for.

My wife and I were very pleased with the cleanliness and good location of the hotel next to route 15 in Williamsport PA. The complimentary breakfast was very good and more than I had expected. I would recommend staying at the Fairfield Inn to anyone looking for a pleasant room at an affordable price.

Excellent customer servicePosted Jul 14, 2014
We arrived after a long travel day, and were greeted by a smiling young man who checked us in quickly, and made an excellent restaurant recommendation. The room was spacious, well equipped, and clean.

Great place to stayPosted Jul 6, 2014
Location: We were only passing through and were not looking for any particular activity; we rode the Hiawatha paddleboat and visited the local museum.
Our hotel room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good . There were hot and cold items, including my favorite, homemade waffles. Free popcorn and cookies were also available. I would highly recommend it.

Location: Lots of cute shops.
Very comfortable stay. We needed two rooms. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The internet wireless did not work. Would stay again.

Excellent continental breakfastPosted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: I continental breakfast deserves a five star as it was complete and fresh. The attendant was always there to refill any vacant spot.
Cons: The mattresses, as it seems to be the new tendency, are way too soft and sags under the weight over 200 lbs. I've had a bad sleep.
Location: It is located nearby the highway and all other commodities, mall, bank & food.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is immaculate and the breakfast absolutely delicious from fresh fruits, fresh scrambled eggs to the waffles.

Great location to visit Penn CollegePosted Jun 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
My son was touring Penn College of Technology, and this hotel is literally across the street. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was very clean. Desk clerk gave us a sheet of recommendations for dinner - we found a great place thanks to him. The immediate area isn't great - not unsafe, just very industrial. There's a Sheetz right across the street, which is convenient. I will definitely stay there again if my son transfers to Penn College!
