I was so happy to find this was a very clean full-service hotel at a reasonable price. The room was immaculate, the bed was fabulous and the rooms even had a small microwave and fridge and large TV. It was the best free breakfast included with eggs, sausage and two types of waffles and all the condiments I like. I would definitely recommend this hotel, a block off the highway and very convenient and clean. I will stay there next time i have an event in Northern RI.

Overall the stay itself was good, but the experience checking in was subpar. First, there was nobody there at the desk, so I had to call someone to come to the desk. Second, when someone eventually came, they could not find my reservation and took forever to figure out how to find it.

A fantastic welcome
The woman who welcomed us at the front desk was fantastic (sorry, I did not get her name). She explained all we needed to know about the property. She was quick and polite. And she made us feel at home. The property was clean and quiet. A great place to stay on the way to NYC.

It was ok... could have definitely been cleaner (the shower). The beds were uncomfortable. If you sleep with someone, you roll into them. They are definitely well used. But the pillows were very comfortable. The pool was out of order but did use the gym. Nothing to write about. The breakfast and coffee were good! The staff were very friendly. Wouldn't stay there again but it did the trick for a weekend emergency.

At approximately 11am I called to ask what time checkin was and the person who answered the phone said “3pm, usually we could get you in earlier but we had a very busy day yesterday’. My party and I arrived at 3:30pm and were told we would have to wait. We proceeded to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. We were 5 feet away from the front desk person and at no time did she give us an update. Meanwhile, approximately 30 different people checked it and received their rooms. When I checked in I was told “well your rooms aren’t ready yet”. Not happy at all with this services.
