“I would visit this Best Western again.”
My stay at the Best Western Willis was 3 days duration. Though I felt the cleaning staff could have done a better job the second day, it appeared that they were in a hurry so as not to be intrusive since they knew I left the room to allow them time to clean. Kudo's however go the the desk staff, especially the young woman who checked me in. I had been assigned the wrong room, (regular king instead of the king suite I had requested and paid for). When I brought it to her attention, she immediately handled the situation, placed me in the reserved type room, apologized profusely, and allowed me to look at the room first to make sure it met my needs. I wish I could remember her full name to let the company know what a service recovery person they have in her. Also too funny,,, thier breakfast menu includes waffles in the shape of the State of Texas. This reminds all that Texans are certainly Glad to be Texans. I found it charming.
