It should be stated online that there is a $15 a day pet fee which is ridiculous. If your pet does not tear up anything, why does it need to be a pet fee for everyday?
It's already expensive enough trying to pay for the room. But then you gotta pay a $15 fee everyday I think it's absurd.
The room was clean, private, quiet. The cleaning staff and hotel staff very nice! I just wish there were mattress protectors on the mattresses and pillows. I liked that Target was near there for convenient shopping.
I was honestly disappointed with this establishment. Pool was closed room was dirty. No refrigerator or coffee machine. No one picked up the phone as I was booking to confirm the pool was opened. I booked for the pool. My kids and myself were extremely disappointed.
Room was not at all comfortable. Bathtub faucet was not easy to use. It had popped out of the wall. Although there was a sign in the lobby saying breakfast served 6-9 am, there was none. Bed was not made. Towels were not replaced. Unfortunately I did not take the pictures of the bath tub. The tub did not have anti slippery mat.
Front desk staff were pleasant. That does not make up for the discomfort
Everything was nice and clean for the most part. I did not tho like that the people next door were noisy and got told nothing and also they were smoking weed and again got told nothing. The smell was strong and in our room made my night horrible because it gave me a headache. The front desk people were polite at first. they definitely should have done something atleast about the smoking. Instead my friend got told to mind her business so that was rude
my room flooded sometime in the night whiole we where sleeping. I guess the toilet continued to fill. something about the float. I am not a plumber, so they could of told me a numerous amount of things and i would not know. But they gave me a towels for the floor at first. then a plunger and finally moved us to the room net store at 2;30 in the morning. Was not fun. Very disappointed.

Carpet wasn’t as cleaned as I’m accustomed. Burn whole in the middle of the floor. Internet was worse than dial up.
Staff was very friendly
Other than carpet and internet i liked the room.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The door to my room didn’t close all the way. The room next to mine was a working girl who had her clients in and out all night. After my stay they lied and told Hotels.com that I never checked in or paid for my stay.
Had to pay an extra deposit because we booked thru Travelocity, now have to wait for a refund after they inspect room. Also no continental breakfast which is why we chose this location.
