Road noice in room was terrible. Area lacks restaurants in walking distance except for Denny’s. Area felt unsafe. Staff great. Large room. Hotel clean.

It was clean but broken. Missing curtains, toilet paper roll fell off, Kleenex container fell off, cracked tile floors, worn carpet. VERY BUSY street with honking, loud sirens. Bed was soft and lumpy. Vending machine for bottled water broken.

Decent room, comfortable bed. Check-in is 3:00 not a minute before (tried to get in at 2:00 and the rooms were ready). Even if room was ready you can't have it - without paying a $20.00 early check-in fee for both rooms. Kind of messed with our plans. Ridiculous fee and attitude - more bad PR than the fee is worth for sure. Enough to not have me come back.

receptionist was very humble and pleasant, i asked if i could check early because i had just flew from across the country and just wanted to sleep, she did not hesitate, she double check, made me pay my fee of course but in a very humble manner made it happen. When you haven't slept all night this makes a difference. Thanks again! And not once did anyone gave a look or had an attitude.

Property was nice and clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was great (included in the price) and there’s a Dennys right next door! It’s convenient to the freeway and not far from the airport, however, it was pretty noisy with some loud cars waking us up during the night/early a.m.

Stayed here the night before cruise ship departure. It's a 30 mins Uber from LAX and under 10 minutes to San Pedro terminal. Room was clean and hot breakfast as expected from a BW. Biggest issue was how noisy it was through the night. Hotel being right beside the Interstate there was non stop road noise. Both rooms, on front and back side of building, could hear it. Good enough for a quick night, not sure I would stay much longer than that.

It was very clean. They allowed us to check in early for $20 extra. The downfall was it was very noisy. We were on the 4 th floor and the traffic was very loud.

Not in the best area, disappointed with the quality of the hotel. It's an older hotel that has been moderately renovated and needs more improvements. I prefer a newer hotel in a better area. I would be willing to pay more for a better hotel and location.

Hotel served its purpose, with a couple of quirks. All of the traffic outside from the highway is heard day & night. Entire building had a strong unpleasant smell that lingered on our clothes.
