Not bad for the moneyPosted Sep 18, 2010 on Hotels.com
This hotel has excellent access to downtown Wilmington but is older in appearance and feels "cheap". However, the room was clean and the staff very friendly.

Awful. Just Awful.Posted Dec 28, 2009
This place is in very sketchy location with random sketchy guys roaming the parking lot from some other sketchy motel right behind the dumpster behind it. The sheets were rough and cheap AND I couldn't stop itching for the hour or two I unsuccessfully tried to sleep under them. There were random items of oversized furniture just piled into the room, making it difficult to move around inside. ALSO, we complained to Expedia and the motel SAID they were refunding our money and letting us go, but then they turned around and falsely billed us for TWO WHOLE NIGHTS, when we didn't even stay ONE. Avoid this place like the plague! I ended up getting another hotel on College Road, almost across from the Carolina Ale House. Since I'm not sure I can openly name the place, just let me say that its name starts with "Bay", and that it was GREAT.
