Cons: Drain in bathroom slow and one lightbulb out. Having maintenance check things like this a little more often is about the only thing I can recommend.

Pros: nice people behind the front dest
Cons: light bulbs in all lamps, ceiling tiles in the hallway,
hotel is ok but not great. the decor is dated and there are some cleanliness issues that need to be addressed.

Nice hotel close to many restaurant options.

Pros: Close to many restaurants and stores if I needed anything.
Cons: Breakfast could have had more options and what was there could have been kept supplied better. Kept running out of items and having to ask hostess.
Location: I was there on business at the Chase Center in Wilmington, which was about 10-15 min. away.
Easy access from I-95. Easy check-in. Room was clean and quiet.

A nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable, easy to get to. Near shopping, race track, casino and restaurants. Only bad part is that there is no pool.

Just off I-95 South of Wilmington DE

I have stayed here before, the hotel is in a cluster of hotels/motels right off the I-95 highway between Newark and Wilmington DE -- the hotel is clean and modern with a friendly and helpful staff. Nice warm breakfast that they rotate the from day to day. Not much else in the area, most people seem to be passing through or visiting the U of D in Newark. Good value and reliable.

HOT with NO AC

The air conditioning didn't work and no one at the hotel would assist. Since it was a weekend they said the problem wouldn't be addressed until Monday! Very uncomfortable hot room.

It worked just right for us. Good breakfast with hot offerings.Near main roads,but we had a good view and the windows did open to allow us to enjoy the nice weather. Front desk people very responsive to our needs.

Pros: Easy access, close to shopping and restaurants, also hospital is nearby.
Cons: Tried and failed to repair phone, would not work during stay, wall thermostat for heat / air was inoperable.
Very good for stay of 1 to 3 days. Carpets are worn, but ok. Breakfast ok, nothing special
