Was very disappointed to find the pool permanently closed. Also started getting a smoky smell in our room and had to change rooms which meant repacking and unpacking again. Coffee maker in the lobby was out of order. Was not what i've come to expect from Mariott. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

An EXCELLENT short trip
Was at the hotel for only a single evening, but had a very lovely stay. Room was extremely comfortable, clean, and easy to adjust the temperature. An excellent stay...wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when in Newark next.

Amazing and Awesome
The hotel staff was over the top helpful, find, and friendly. The hotel lobby, restaurant, bar area, and lounge area were huge and very clean. The room I was in was very spacious and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone in the world!

Bistro at breakfast was a disaster even for takeout because it was freshman move in day at Udel and the hotel should’ve had plenty of staff to deal with the rush but instead had an inexperienced staff out front, very polite but overwhelmed!
