Appreciated that the garage is next to the hotel, but did not feel super safe walking from the car to the hotel by myself, since they were not attached. The room itself was fine and I appreciated having a shower stool, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable for me.

Nice enough Hotel, but they nickel and dime you for everything. $ 7.00 for two coffees? Because it was Starbucks! No complementary breakfast but rather a menu that costs as much as dinner. $ 16.00 a day for parking. It just get's tiring after paying $ 170 a night.

This the 2nd time thst I've stayed at the property. It was much more pleasant this time since the pandemic. The room was clean, staff welcoming, the only nitpick is that my breakfast was not according to the description and I had to ask for the arugula and avocado that should have been on it.

Booked a room 3 weeks ago got there , was told they over booked so they gave away our room and they called two places that were also booked and did not try anywhere else and they did not care that it was 10 pm and my guest had no where to stay after driving down from Canada and the customer service person was horrible I had to find a place for them to go and pay for it , it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. Don’t do it stay anywhere but here, this is the short version of what happened but there is much more. Do walk run

The parking was terrible. Public parking garage. Have to leave hotel to park. Area is semi unsafe. Was stated on website parking was $8.00 but they said $16.00 and would not budge to take care of the customer. Staff not friendly. My first ever disappointment with Marriott.

Parking in the garage was a little bit confusing, since we are not from the area. We also thought it was a little ridiculous that there was bottled water in the room for $5 a bottle. If coffee is complimentary to the room, a basic, non-designer bottle of water would be appreciated as well. The bathtub faucet sounded a little bit like a chain saw when turned on. Loved the quality of the shampoo and cleansing products in the shower. Appreciated the quality and amount of blankets and pillows on the bed. Also very much appreciated that there are nightstand tables on both sides of the bed. Room was clean, temperature was comfortable. Front desk staff were polite. Overall a very good experience and an affordable room rate. Thank you!

Mostly good but front desk took a long time to respond to what should have been a simple and frequent request. We left one day early on a 3 day stay and I came down the day before to ask if I’d be charged but the gal said she had to ask her manager. So we never got a answer that day. In the morning I had to wait over 1 hour for the manager to come out. The conversation seemed very difficult for such a simple request. At the end they said we’d only be charge for 2 nights and printed our folio showing that. Today, next day I get an early departure charge for $164, basically one nights stay. I’ve traveled a lot and never had this situation. Maybe Bonvoy/Marriot is not the same company I used to know.

The staff at this property are extremely rude. The front desk clerk called me a liar several times, mistreated my daughter and was just the worst front desk clerk I have come in contact with. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they want to be treated like crap and have their character questioned.

A little hard to find the parking lot, probably because it's not right next door, but around the corner after you've parked in front of the hotel itself. But it was easy to find, once check-in was done & the rep pointed us exactly to it. Inside the hotel the attendants, service & other people were great ... although. The greatest, most helpful attendants possible, could not ask for better service. Outside the hotel, it was a little leary at first, not used to a quiet business district, but it was after hours (NYC is never this quiet). But it was the perfect place to stay to get to the Nemour Children's hospital (only 5 min without getting on a highway). If I needed to go to that hospital again, would definitely stay there ... was not sure if any others were staying at the hotel on our floor, that's how quiet it was (great thick walls).
