It had snowed and one of the employees was scraping our windows when we came to the front door to load the car to leave.

“Surprising comfort in Wilmington - south-central Ohio”

I am a returning Alumni of Wilmington College that was thrilled to find that Wilmington had acquired a Hampton Inn. This relatively new facility was very comfortable and located adjacent to a commercial area that includes retail stores, a cinema and restaurants.

“If we ever return to the Robert's Center we will be staying there!”

Overall experience was great! We had an iron that wasn't working so we called the front desk and within 5 minutes they brought us another one. There was only one downside and it was the continental breakfast. You offered scrambled eggs/ham. The eggs had to have been powdered and the ham was really horrible. Next was the kielbasa sausage. While it looked good on the outside it was a food colored meat that tasted like play-do. We all laughed and thought we were on candid camera. It was nasty! BUT everything else was good. Now I was with a large group that most of the overnighters were at our conference and the majority thought it too was nasty. So why don't you spend a few dollars more and buy real eggs and meat!

THE EMPLOYEES AND STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE CLEANLINESS OF ALL AREAS WAS EXCELLENT. THE MORNING BREAKFAST WAS VERY WELL PREPARED AND THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THE WAY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISIFIED.

“Great stay ..one recommendation!”

Great place to stay. Stayed two nights two different rooms. Ask for the room with frig and microwave. Not much more expensive and well worth it. The room was huge two queen beds with really nice bedding. Also had foldout couch with chair in the tv area. The kids played games in couch/TV area while I slept. Good breakfast and good amenities.

Convenient for travelers to Wilmington. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was a welcome sight.

This hotel is very nice. At the rate we paid it was EXTREMELY nice. Everything was clean and comfortable, nothing was missing or damaged, everything worked as expected. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The latch on the closet door needed a little love (but it was nothing). The hot breakfast food could be improved. It isn't really bad, but I can't say it's very good either. Definately smacks of what it is; pre-packaged cafeteria food. But no problem finding enough to have a pleasant breakfast.

“Bed not very comfortable”

Thought motel was close to interstate. Is 5-6 miles off interstate and next to impossible to find at night without a GPS. Bed was not very comfortable - quite soft & we prefer a firm mattress. A very good free continental breakfast. I would not hurry back.
