I arrived at 5pm to do my check in and the room was not ready. Room was paid months ago. 2 queen beds. I arrive in the room it was only a king bed. Went back to front desk and it took them 20 min to find a 2 queen room.

Amazing Stay
They were amazing. My wife accidentally left her wallet and they were kind enough to contact us and let us know then sent it back to us all the way to AZ. The stay was great we stayed at many hotels on this cross country trip for work and this was one that was beautiful and the nicest staff. Amazing.

Best hotel in Wilmington/Hillsboro area
We always stay here when we visit our daughter in Hillsboro, since there are no decent hotels there. This hotel is simply outstanding for comfort, price, and amenities. And the breakfast is outstanding!

Uncomfortable, noisy, and prefer to stay elsewhere
Subpar and definitely prefer not to stay at it again. Beds were uncomfortable and the room was loud. Music coming from somewhere else and the fridge was making noises. Also, almost empty toilet paper roll in the room and no spare roll to be found. Just overall unhappy with the stay, especially for the price-point. ($180+)

Very clean and quiet. Was very small dog friendly. Breakfast was warm, lots to choose from. Relaxed in the pool in the morning, loved the music while swimming. I would stay again.

Noisy!!!!
It was terrible. Nice place but they blast music in the lobby all night. Our room (214) was right above a speaker in the lobby and our bed shook with bass all night. Plus our floor happened to be a ton of young people partying all night very loudly. My 5yo and my husband and I did not sleep. We checked out a day early and have asked for a refund for the second day which we still don’t know if we get. Hopefully they’ll be kind enough after such a rough stay and reimburse us for the night we did not stay since we had to find a new place last minute!

Hotel was great, staff was nice and had quick service, the breakfast was great! Pool area was a little messy with used towels everywhere(loved that it was a salt pool!), and the people in the room next to us were up at 5 am and very loud. Hotel itself? I would definitely recommend.

The lady at the front desk was very rude to me upon checking in. It was like she didn't believe that I prepaid for the room and I was the right person requesting my key card. My family and I just came for a day from Cincinnati to go to the haunted House and have a good time with my son for his birthday weekend. It was uncomfortable everyone watched us like a hawk that has spotted food. The room was clean but we were treated like criminals and neither I nor my husband has a record. I really just wanted to make my son happy for his tenth birthday hopefully you can get some staff that is a lot nicer to your guest. I'm a hard working mom and my husband works hard to. I would just like to be able to get treated equally not a criminal on the run my children weren't happy either I didn't even feel comfortable taking them to the pool because I didn't feel safe
