Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. This is a pet friendly hotel and functioned well for this.

I checked in at the front desk… arrived to my room and opened the door to find the room occupied! Had to go back to front desk, carrying all my luggage… I’m handicapped…. Was given another room. Opened the door and put my things down, opened door to bathroom and a large bug came at me… not the best experience…. But overall I would recommend this hotel.

We understood that we had to request housekeeping in advance due to the holiday. We requested service as instructed, and we didn't get it. The following day, when we did get service, our bed was made and towels were replaced, but the bathroom floor was not swept, and the tissues were not replenished. We've stayed at this property previously, and this is the first time we weren't completely satisfied.

The property itself was very nice, clean and in a great location. However I’d be sure to closely check your bill and insist on a receipt. The Hilton charged me again for my stay, even though it was paid for on hotels.com. At check out they wouldn’t give me a receipt because they said I had no bill. However multiple calls late, and one associate at the hotel lying to me about the return already being made, I’m still waiting for over a $400 credit to officially be given back to me. So just check your bill very carefully at check out!

Great experience from check in to check out. Everything was clean, no smells, safe atmosphere. Make sure you pay the extra $12 for the breakfast, it’s worth it. Helen in the kitchen was amazing. Customer service at its finest. I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

Hidden gem near the beach
Staff was great but we had a roll-in shower with a normal length shower not covering the last foot above the floor so water went everywhere. Great price and great location.

Hilton Garden wasn't one
The mattress was not comfortable, the door seal was pulled up halfway and I tripped (did not fall) on it going into room. The microwave took 8 minutes to heat up a cup of coffee! My phone plug which worked at home didn't work at the hotel - almost lost battery while calling an Uber. They gave me a free breakfast coupon but breakfast was not good. Dry and tasteless. It just wasn't a good hotel. Convenient, but not good.

People make difference
As with all Hilton Garden Inns, the facility was immaculate. However what set this facility above others was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I cannot express properly how nice everyone was.

This is everything one would expect from a Hilton property. The only negative experience was breakfast on my second day. The did not have the buffet, so I had to order from the menu. I chose Pancakes. I prefer my pancakes light and fluffy. I had to cut these with a knife. One other pet peeve. If you are going to list yourself as "Pet Friendly," why do you charge for the pet? The staff and facilities were excellent. I will stay here again, I just won't order pancakes.

the people above me were so loud I thought they would fall through the ceiling, the water in the toilet was running 24 hours a day, and there was some horrendously loud noise from a vent that never stopped. The pillows were too soft and I had to stack 3 of them to equal 1 firm one.
