“Look here first, won't be disappointed”

The desk personel moved a few reserved rooms for me so that a large group could all be close together. He accomplished this task quickly and in an extremely friendly manner. Rooms were perfect. Loved the fridge and the microwave. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and will be staying here on my return trips to the area.

The issue of transportation to and from the hotel was resolved in a very satisfactory manner. It dampened the first evening at first, but I did not let it spoil the entire time. The location was great; I was able to walk to the places I wanted to see. The staff were outstanding, and the people I met were very genuine. All in all it was a wonderful experience to go to Wilmington!

It seems like its in the middle of nowhere but at least there are a few hotels in the area! Everything was clean and the staff was courteous. The complimentary continental breakfast was also a nice surprise.

Very happy! Beds and pillows very comfortable! Breakfast was great! Dogs were welcome and that made our dog extremely happy that she got to come along on our trip!! Very happy with the hotel! Will stay there again!

“Very pleasant & enjoyable!”

The staff were very helpful & rooms were very clean as you would expect it. Our kids loved the pool (which is the reason why we went..lol) & I enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was very good & fresh. One thing that was also excellent was being able to get hot coffee in the lobby anytime. That is a good thing for a coffee drinker. Overall, we loved our stay!

“Not Bad”

The staff was excellent. My tv flew a fuse and filled the room with smoke and a burning smell and the staff quickly found me another room and moved me there. They are friendly and I would definately stay here again.

“Customer Care Not Taken Seiously”

No hot water on second morning of stay. When reported, I was told this would be reported to management. The note was jotted on the cover to the room access cards. Pretty sure that did not reported.

It was convenient to where we needed to be that weekend. Was quiet and restful.
