“Great Beachfront Hotel”

I was looking for a nice hotel on the beach for a recent wedding. This hotel went above my expectations. The location on the beach was perfect. I can't speak to the surrounding area attractions, because we were occupied with wedding events. Great place to stay right on the beach. The hotel shuttle was an added bonus! I would stay here again.

Had a great time, to wake up to the ocean was bliss. The ocean view is what stays with me. I cant stop thinking about the view. Very charming hotel. Staff was superb, worth every dollar spent. Will go back again. Enjoy,I know I did.

“Relaxing getaway”

This is hotel is fantastic for anyone looking to stay beach front..The tranquilty with the ocean front view is a huge plus. I was most impressed with how kid friendly the entire hotel was...My 4yr old had a blast.. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful with me being there alone with my son.. Room service food was great... Especially after a full day of beach/pool/sun... I so look forward to our next visit!

“an excellent short vacation”

We went to the hotel and the shore for a three-night stay in September. The weather was fine, which helped. But especially, we found the hotel's location, facilities, and services (although we did not use the restaurant, preferring to take meals at local restaurants) everything that we wanted and needed. It's located far enough from the center to be quiet and restful, but not too isolated -- so we were able, in addition to lounging on the adjacent beach, to take reasonably short drives to interesting places, like the beautiful Airlie Gardens, downtown Wilmington, and Southport. All in all, a very pleasant stay, one we are ready to repeat when the opportunity arises.
