Great hospitality!”

Posted Aug 25, 2014
We stayed here for a couple nights - the room was well maintained and the staff did a great job with the housekeeping. Breakfast was included and the beverage options featured a wonderful array of various tea. Our breakfast host was Alex, who was simply phenomenal! This certainly a place we would return to.

great value

Location: It is very convenient to Longwood Gardens, Winterthur and the Brandywine Art Museum, which is why we come to this area.
This was our second stay here, because everything about this hotel is very good and the room rates are very reasonable. We will stay again when we return to this area.

Nice hotel,reasonable price

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Comfort of the bed.
Cons: Not that I can think of.
Location: Easy to find. Not far from Winterthur.
We were treated with enthusiasm. The front desk staff was very professional and made certain that we were aware of the amenities, free breakfast, resturant discounts, etc. our room was spacious and in good condition. Only negative was smallness of the bathroom but a huge bathroom is not a necessity for me! A most enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel for a quick trip.

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: We stayed in a suite to have the extra space for sitting. The staff was friendly and answered our questions
Cons: The breakfast was good but I would have liked to seen more fresh fruit and individual cups of yogurt.
My family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed here for 2 nights. We had been in Philadelphia for a conference but wanted to spend more time in the PA/DE area. This hotel was great for visiting sites in Delaware (DuPont homes) and PA (Valley Forge). There are plenty of places to eat close to the hotel and you are not far from some large shopping areas.

Needs some TLC

Posted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: Location was good and the breakfast staff and food were very good.
Cons: Needs to be better kept up and cleaned.
Location: Close to shopping centers and downtown.
Room we reserved was not what they gave us, but after we showed them the reservation they changed us to the right room. The room had a musty smell and was very dusty.

Inn at Wilmingotn

Posted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: Convenient and affordable.
Cons: I have had nicer breakfast buffets that include scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage.
Location: Located on the Concord Pike along with two other chain inexpensive hotels. Located close to Winterthur, Nemours and the Hagley Museums.
Conveniently located by some of the cultural and historical attractions of Wilmington, DE. Across from the hotel there are several restaurants that are established chains where the food is good and not terrible expensive. The breakfast buffet was just okay but passable. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was very clean and up to date.
