OK but expected betterPosted Sep 7, 2014
The room was clean but the picture on the TV was blurry, the refrigerator made a thumping noise that made it hard for me to sleep, and the waffle maker wasn't working at breakfast. These aren't major issues but I had expected better since the hotel was highly rated.

Very nice room. Super quiet. Close to shopping and lots of food choices.

Odd arrangementPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: It was very quiet no noise from the hallways, etc. The had an individual Keurig coffee maker instead of the usual coffee maker.
Cons: The bathroom arrangement I've already mentioned.
Location: It's right across the road from several restaurants and just down Baltimore Pike from several shopping malls.
The experience itself was fine but I found the arrangment of the room odd. The bathroom vanity and sink are just inside the entrance door to the room not in the bathroom.

good budget place to stay near the Dupont gardensPosted Sep 1, 2014
Stayed one night for Longwood Gardens and Nemours Mansion and Gardens visits. Easy and quick check-in. They let us checkin early because a room was ready. Friendly front desk. Free wifi and breakfast.

Great hospitality!”Posted Aug 25, 2014
We stayed here for a couple nights - the room was well maintained and the staff did a great job with the housekeeping. Breakfast was included and the beverage options featured a wonderful array of various tea. Our breakfast host was Alex, who was simply phenomenal! This certainly a place we would return to.

great valuePosted Aug 24, 2014
Location: It is very convenient to Longwood Gardens, Winterthur and the Brandywine Art Museum, which is why we come to this area.
This was our second stay here, because everything about this hotel is very good and the room rates are very reasonable. We will stay again when we return to this area.

Nice hotel,reasonable pricePosted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Comfort of the bed.
Cons: Not that I can think of.
Location: Easy to find. Not far from Winterthur.
We were treated with enthusiasm. The front desk staff was very professional and made certain that we were aware of the amenities, free breakfast, resturant discounts, etc. our room was spacious and in good condition. Only negative was smallness of the bathroom but a huge bathroom is not a necessity for me! A most enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel for a quick trip.Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: We stayed in a suite to have the extra space for sitting. The staff was friendly and answered our questions
Cons: The breakfast was good but I would have liked to seen more fresh fruit and individual cups of yogurt.
My family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed here for 2 nights. We had been in Philadelphia for a conference but wanted to spend more time in the PA/DE area. This hotel was great for visiting sites in Delaware (DuPont homes) and PA (Valley Forge). There are plenty of places to eat close to the hotel and you are not far from some large shopping areas.

We do not sleep well in soft beds, and their king was very soft. In other respects, the Inn at Wilmington was satisfactory.
