Outstanding value.

Posted Feb 14, 2015
Pros: Truely a suite with separate bedroom instead of just being a large hotel room with a sofa in the corner. Full kitchen. Excellent view of the riverfron
Cons: Nothing
Location: Wimington Historic District
Very convenient location on the riverfront directly across the USS North Carolina. Walked to excellent restaurants both nights.

Sink was being clogged up in the bathroom. Sofa bed was dirty. Not enough lights in kitchen area. No cutting board and non stick pan available. The worst part was the floor not mopped at all. Other than that it was ok.

Nice view of USS North Carolina

Posted Feb 1, 2015
Pros: Convenience
Cons: Update/renovation of unit; easier check-in procedure; better handling of parking situation.
Location: Excellent location with many good restaurants and shops nearby.
Hotel/condo was acceptable, though worn. Bed definitely not of the quality I normally expect. Kitchenette was serviceable, but lacking in cookware. Most disturbing was $11 daily fee for parking my car, when the going rate in the parking lot itself was only $8, but would have entailed my getting up shortly before 7:00 am to renew the lower cost daily parking fee.

Great Location and View

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: Location is great
Location: We went to Circa 1922 for cocktails and then to Caprice Bistro, a wonderful French restaurant 1.5 blocks away.
We just did a one night stay here for New Years Eve. We had a 4th floor room with a Great View of the river, Battleship, and the Coast Guard Cutter. The suite was comfortable and had everything we needed, even Glass Champagne Glasses which was nice. The bed was a Temperpedic type mattress and very comfortable, not sure if they have those in every suite. Location is great to many terrific restaurants.

Great location in downtown Wilmington

Posted Dec 30, 2014
Pros: Location, price. Nice alternative to a hotel- small "efficiency-type" condo with benefit of housekeeping services. Mostly quiet. Good parking access.
Cons: The "zero tolerance" noise policy can't be enforced if the partyers are owners in the building. Parking is a little pricey, but worth it.
Location: Many shops and restaurants. The Battleship North Carolina is just across the river.
We shopped, dined out, and generally enjoyed the atmosphere of Wilmington at Christmas time. The Riverview Suites offered a great home base for exploring the area.

This was a wonderful find. Quite, convenient and clean with a condo feel overlooking the Cape Fear river with a west facing view of the sunset.
