The room was comfortable and clean.

Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: Good room size with kitchen set up(utensils) and it is an easy trip to downtown Wilmington.
Cons: Designate smoking areas away from the main buildings.
Location: Wilmington, tourist sites, and beaches are nearby and 24 miles south is the beautiful town of Southport.
Receptionist was extremely polite and professional. Biggest complaint is that while the rooms may be non-smoking second hand smoke from the social areas and balconies is evident is the guest rooms.

Great location to everything. Close to race start.

Pros: Rooms next to each other for family with fridge, stove and microwave.
Cons: Only negative comment would be that the walls do not do a great job in blunting sounds from the next room or the stairwells.
Location: Perfect to Military Cutoff Road stores, Market Street with tons of places to eat and about 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington with all its' entertain
Ran the Wrightsville Beach half marathon, only about 4 miles from the start and finish. We come here about twice per year and this hotel will rank high up for our stays in the future.

Nice for the price

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: The kitchenette.
Location: Wilmington, NC there are several museums such as the USS Battleship NC and the Aquarium at Fort Fisher and the local beaches.
I took my children to Wilmington on a spur of the moment trip and thought this would be an good hotel for a reasonable price. The room was just ok. The dishes, pots and pans were not clean and were well worn, and our toaster did not work. The staff did not respond to the calls I made about the stomping and loudness going on at 4 am in the room above me.

Tired and in need of some TLC

Posted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: Very little. Towels were changed daily and a sachet of coffee was left for us after our first night
Cons: Rooms need a complete revamp and walls and ceilings soundproofed
Location: Situated beside a busy road and near an even busier crossroads. Very few restaurants nearby.
Stayed here for two nights. Found motel difficult to locate and access - desk clerk indicated that we were not alone in this. Given a ground floor room and immediately on entering were aware of stale/musty smell. Furniture was stained and showed signs of wear and tear. Bedcovers badly creased and pillowcases crumpled and bed no bigger than a double. Both my husband and I spent two very uncomfortable nights on a lumpy mattress that had definitely seen better days. Walls paper thin and we couldn't avoid hearing guy next door first cursing and swearing profusely when making telephone calls,( one at 0200-0230) and later noisily clearing phlegm! Heavy thumping from guests upstairs both at night and in early morning.

We apologize for the problems you had while staying here. We do have a bed bigger then a Queen since it was not big enough. We apologize for the customers around you making noise. We appreciate your comments.

One night stay

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean with no cigarette smell.
Cons: Everything was as I expected.
Location: N?A
I only stayed one night and enjoyed every minute of it. I rented 8 rooms because I brought my drill team member to compete in a competition and they loved the comfort of the rooms. The facility was very clean.
