“Very good hotel”

Very well appointed hotel. Roomy quarters, lovely furniture, nice breakfast.

Area recommendations
The Downtown, Cotton Exchange.
Events and shows
We went for the Film Festival "Cucalorus" and were please with the films, Theaters and restaurants.

“Decent Hotel”

This hotel was very nice, well decorated, modern. It appeared as if they had just completed a major renovation. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, and they offer free beer and wine to hotel guests from 5-7pm. I would stay there again if I was ever in town.

“Sample Wilmington”

Great location for our 2 night stay- inbetween Wrightsville beach and Downtown Wilmington. We made the most of both. Great price and clean, comfortable room with great aminities :) More then we expected.

“Great Place to Stay”

I was very impressed with the hotel. It was clean, had great amenities, and the staff were very professional and courteous. You never know what you are going to get when you book online but this time it was a jewel.

“Very close to UNCW”

Overall, the hotel offered exacty what we needed...cleanliness and proximity to UNCW. The bed wasn't comfortabe to my liking, but everyone is different. They were replacing the carpets on the 4th floor so there was a little noise but nothing too disruptive.

“Highly recomended”

The staff was great, they when told we would arrive late, they took the extra time to set up our small child's cot so everything would be ready when we arrived. breakfast every morning was tasty, but the best part was the room. Clean, comfortable and large. And it was loaded with everything we needed! WiFi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker! we will stay here again!

“Nice joint”

Convenient to beach, UNC-W, downtown, shopping & dining. Clean, comfortable - good value.
