“Very comfortable place!”

We have stayed at this hotel on two different occasions & each time it has been very pleasant. Nice desk clerks, very clean rooms, extremely comfortable bedding, etc. The location is very convenient to restaurants, downtown area & all beach areas. We will be coming back to this hotel many more times when in Wilmington to visit family. We recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay that won't stress your wallet!

We had never stayed in a Wingate Hotel so we were not sure of what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the very nice room and the comfortable bed. We will likely check on a room at a Wingate facility for our next short trip. Thanks for making our stay so positive!

Bedroom, bathroom , and linens were very clean! Hotel has a "new" feel about it. I'll certainly check it out first when I return to this city.

“"Very very pleased"”

A friend and I flew in from Indiana for charity event in February! This hotel was within walking distance to the event and many other stores and places to eat. It is definately centrally located and that is awesome! The room was very clean and spacious! We would and will definately recommend this hotel to others and stay here again!

“Wingate by Wyndam”

Everything was great, the room was great, the location was great, breakfast was great. Wish there had been an indoor pool but overall loved it and would stay there again in a heartbeat. There was an outdoor pool but it wasn't open, seasonal thing I guess. Otherwise, loved every bit of the hotel. Staff was awesome, housekeeping was absolutely perfect, everyone was so nice and it was just awesome!

“Clean as a 5-Star”

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. While the location is not in the cute historic downtown part of Wilmington, it's only a short drive away and worth the huge price difference. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with large rooms and duvet covers on the beds. The beds also had fitted sheets and were very comfortable. The bathroom was also bright and clean. I would definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Wilmington. The only draw-back is that the free breakfast was minimal, but for such a cheap room, I didn't mind paying the extra to have breakfast outside the hotel.

“Sample Wilmington”

Great location for our 2 night stay- inbetween Wrightsville beach and Downtown Wilmington. We made the most of both. Great price and clean, comfortable room with great aminities :) More then we expected.

I was allowed to check-in early which is exactly what I needed. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff had even left me some snacks :)
