“Excellent Hotel”

Very comfortable and quiet. The big plus for us was being able to take our dog as well.Staff very helpfull and effiecent. Very reasonable room rates.

“Good location, clean hotel and good service”

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights whilst visiting family in that area. Good location, on an industrial estate, don't be put of by that though. Everything is within 5 minutes, good rooms, good bed, TV etc. Good service.

“A good two star hotel with a 5 star restaurant”

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I stayed 2 nights. The restaurant was exceptional. 5 star food at 2 star prices. The chef's daily special on both evenings was superb and the buffet starter was one of the best I had seen at any Camponile in Europe. Bar service was friendly and efficiient. As a sole traveller the room was perfectly adequate and comfortable. However, the hotel being previously an Ibis, the room for two persons would be a little small. There was only one rather hard chair so a second person would have to stand or sit on the bed. The Internet access was fast and reliable. Ample car parking and well away from traffic noise, but close to the Motorway junction. Perfect for one or two night stops, but two people for longer may need a larger room with two chairs..

“You must like Green”

Comfortable for the one night I stayed there. Convenient for the M4 and with a decent wi-fi connection, so that pretty much ticked all my requirements boxes but two point to note. Firstly, the room decor is livid green, which is offputting if your sober. If you've had a few scoops then it might make you feel very nasty. Secondly a lot of the staff and the notices are French, which does not make for easy communication and understanding, given we were in the Wiltshire Badlands and not some quaint Bretton gite.

“Not Impressed”

Poor decor, sleeping in the room was highly uncomfortable. The rooms are quite small and not value for money. The evening menu service left a lot to be desired, the highligh being re fried chips! The bar service staff are in need of some customer service training. Unsuprisingly the staff are very efficient when if came to paying the bill!
