Adequate for the pricePosted Jan 4, 2015
Did not get a good rest on the 3rd floor as it was noisy. Later found out it was the rain hitting the ledge and causing the repetitive noise during the night . Don't get a room on the 3rd floor is the answer if it is rainy. Food was OK for breakfast.

Adequate for the costPosted Dec 11, 2014
Pros: (Ronseal) did exactly what it said on the advert
Cons: Portion size on food
The greeting on arrival was good and we were made to feel welcome. On booking the evening meal they failed to deliver what was ordered. Lasagne and chips came as just chips. But once they realised their error it was soon rectified although portions could have been bigger

Very nicePosted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: Comfortable rooms, decent location, excellent room rates.
Cons: The room we had was as little tight.
Location: Plenty of shops, near several estates and an outlet. Not far from the town centre itself.
I came down to watch Swindon Town play and to go to a party at the stadium in the evening. The early check in was ideal (12pm rather than the usual 3pm with other hotel chains) as it was for my wife and I plus our 5-month-old daughter, so she had somewhere to stay whilst I was at the football. We were allowed to book a double room and bring a travel cot for our daughter to sleep in. Nice hotel and nice room, clean and inviting.

A good hotel for a short breakPosted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Ideally situated just off the M4. Close to the factory outlet complex
Location: Sites to visit include Avebury Stone Circle, Silbury Hill, White Horses, Lechlade, Bath
We used the hotel as a base to visit friends in the area. The Reception Staff were most helpful. We did not use the restaurant for evening meals so cannot comment. Breakfast was very good value for money

Work or stop over hotelPosted Nov 1, 2014
Pros: Good location, good price, simple no frills but does the job
Cons: Simple "ping food" so could be improved with fresh, simple food.
Location: This is mainly a business location
Near junction 16 M4 with easy access to industrial areas and city centre
